I want to make sure to remember the following text: I want to express my sincere appreciation for the movers who came today. They were fast, efficient, and very polite and respectful. They asked me where I wanted the chair to go and placed it exactly as I wanted. They were in and out of my house within minutes, and I genuinely appreciate their efficiency.

They were great. The chair was in a tricky situation in my home office! And they placed it exactly where I wanted it with ease! Very happy

Angel & Julian were great! Super fast and really communicative. I wasn’t able to pick up the item so I was super grateful they picked it up, then delivered it to our place.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

The admin was horrible. Changed the day without consulting me. Couldn’t contact in timely manner. The only saving grace were the delivery men. Without their follow through it would have been a waste of time and money.

Prompt, careful, courteous - all arrived without damage, guys were also helpful and patient while I changed my mind on where to put things: and knew how to disassemble/reassemble certain items like my fireplace TV stand with a firebox unit and dresser drawers that were tricky. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I purchased two wrought iron tables from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. Ramiro and John provided professional service They arrived timely to the pickup location; loaded the tables into the van; and patiently waited with me while I waited for my Uber driver to pick me up and transport me to my apartment. Upon arrival of my Uber, Ramiro and John then followed my Uber car from the pickup location to my apartment, where they unloaded the two tables, delivered the tables to my apartment, and placed both tables in my apartment where I requested. This was of tremendous help to me as the tables are very heavy.

Faced with inevitable talk of moving an 8.5 ft and hundred pound couch, Leonel and Jose did not back down. Even through the labrathine hallways of my shitty apartment building, they persevered, even though we had to dismantle the couch. You CAN NOT do better than these guys when it comes to a moving service.
