They were very careful with our painting and super friendly! We paid for a pick up truck and thankfully they came with a van which helped protect the painting even more!! So thankful for that! Very fast and easy delivery with great service and smiles :)

There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!

Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Curtly and Lordjara got my large TV from Best Buy with ease. They handled the item with care and even helped get it onto my stand. Really appreciated having them to deal with the heavy and fragile item and getting my media set up going in my new apartment.

These men were very professional and friendly. They were respectful of my property and wrapped it with care! They delivered from point A to point B without any issues, which as a control freak, I was glad they made feel well at ease as if they were family members doing me a favor! I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Expertly moved a sofa, media stand, coffee table, and 55 inch TV out of an elevator building and into my extremely tight walk up. Very careful but efficient, and were so quiet at times I thought they had gone back out to the moving van.

Martino and Tyrone went above and beyond to take my boxes to the post office. They moved the boxes efficiently and drove efficiently. They were flexible enough to accommodate a change of delivery point. They were courteous throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately, most of my belongings got wet because it was raining and water was leaking into the van. I would have also liked if my mirrors, TV, and other breakable items were wrapped.

amazing movers! very nice and friendly. they did a great job packing mattress and disassembling the bed. all of my fragile items arrived intact. they helped rearrange some furniture in the new apartment. they even wrapped the tv and mattress so they don’t get damaged and dirty. Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing movers, moved 40 boxes, 2 chairs, tv, desk, 2 cubbies, air conditioner, had all the equipment needed for the move; were efficient, strong, polite and superior overall. Came 15 mins earlier and started right away. First time using lugg and very happy with the results. Thank you!
