Amazing service from Jerome and Michael M they are God sent they are fast and reliable, truly above and beyond!!!! What an amazing experience Michael and Jerome were truly fantastic! They arrived on time, packed everything into their truck efficiently , and delivered everything to our apartment quickly. They are the best!!!! I look forward to working with them again

Juvenal & Roberto did an excellent job moving furniture up and down stairs, figuring how best to fit items in a shed as well as the garage. They were also very careful with all items and I appreciated their help very much!

They were methodical and careful with moving my equipment. One looked like he was learning while the other took the lead. Not fast moving, but I appreciated their friendliness and kindness. I would use again!

So helpful, and quick and thoughtful helping me move! I only needed to move one bedframe and mattress but they came prepared with everything (mattress bag, and tools) and did everything (disassembly moving and storing) in under an hour. Such a great job, would definitely use again

Both Edwin and Helvert really display hustle! I don't think they stopped moving the whole time they were on the clock. I hired them to unload my own moving truck and move all of my possessions into my third floor apartment. This included a very heavy motorized adjustable bed frame which they handled expertly with care and were able to fit into a very tiny elevator to prevent moving it up the stairwell. Edwin was especially great at communicating and understanding my request for the order in which things had to be moved in. They make a good team.

Communication. We knew where the truck was in real time. Able to message detail directions to the guys. Superior service. The guys went way above and beyond great service. They were friendly, willing and capable in every respect.

Feedback is all very positive. Andre and his team took their jobs seriously and really worked hard to fit a final huge piece of furniture into the 8 foot van. I’d recommend your service over a traditional moving service any day of the week any time. You guys rock. Fast friendly understanding and supportive of s very difficult time for the family as we were moving my very sick, and terminal sister’s belongings as she will never return home again. Great movers! Very efficient and friendly. Went above and beyond by taking such good care of my couch and wrapping it up carefully before moving it.

They were early and expertly did the following: (1) took doors off refrigerator doors so it could fit through door way (2) cleaned and wrapped up all the items ( frig & stove) in moving blankets, then movers saran wrap

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

Edgar was terrific in communication so he was my 'foreman' for two other Luggers I hired. He was very efficient but not racing around and risking any damage to my possessions. I'm definitely glad he showed up for my job of unloading my moving truck and bringing everything upstairs into my apartment.

Deshawn and Omarr are so kind and professional! They took their time moving my item through my door and were very careful not to scratch or hit my walls. We really enjoyed meeting them both. If I had my own company I would steal them away and hire them in a heartbeat. Lugg is so lucky to have these great guys!! Thank you!

These cabinets are covered in extremely thin and delicate curved mirrors. They break and crack in a strong wind-they are very, very fragile. I have tried moving them myself and cracked the sides three times. So I called in the pros….my ace Lugg experts Steven and Jesus. I was so pleased when they pulled up as they moved two large display cabinets for me a few weeks ago ago. Moved them perfectly. They came armed with multiple blanket layers and mover’s film and swaddled these chests like a newborn. No dollys to risk pressure on glass, they hand carried them to the truck and ingeniously tied down the legs so no straps put pressure on any glass. They were awesome, gentle, strong, thoughtful, and very smart on how not only to move them, but also to care for them, protect them. They arrived at our destination and they showed the same care and concentration in unloading as they did loading. The arrived in perfect condition. I could not not be happier or more impressed with their focus on being extra careful and gentle and with their friendly professionalism. Hiring Lugg to move these was the best move I ever made and getting the Wonder Team of Steven and Jesus just made it all the better. You cannot go wrong with this service. It saved my back, several trips of taking out the drawers (very heavy chests) with every move of mine risking another crack, and more replacement glass. Not this time, they were AWESOME, AS GOOD AS IT GETS WITH MOVES! HANDS DOWN THE BEST! Again, I know it’s long, but I can’t say enough good things about my Lugg experience, they treated those chests as delicately and carefully as humanly possible, and it showed. Their teamwork and communication with each other and with me was outstanding. Hire them…you can’t go wrong and it will save you a lot of stress. Now I’m free to go about my day totally satisfied these chests made it safely. Thank you Steven and Jesus…you two rock! I’ll look forward to our next job together. -John

They were amazing!! Professional and reassuring, polite and strong! Moved a heavy bedroom dresser and two nightstands with ease and delivered up 17 steps!! Will definitely look to use their moving services again soon!

Douglas and Alan came right on time at the top of the arrival window, and quickly assessed and started moving what needed to be moved. They moved everything quickly and carefully, assisting each other to ensure nothing was damaged. They were troopers despite some of the elevators in the buildings being slow/out of order. Thank you!

SUPERSTARS!!! Were extremely patient with moving a super big and heavy bookcase up and down some narrow stairs and hallway. When we saw it couldn’t fit through our apartment door they very quickly disassembled and reassembled the bookcase on the spot.

Homer and David did an amazing job moving a really large heavy 350lbs piece of furniture. They were super careful and efficient. I definitely could not have done the job myself.

My table is…too heavy. Tomas & Omar wrestled it down three flights of stairs and back up one, along with like 30 moving boxes and a bunch of other furniture. Thanks, guys 🙂
