They arrived on time, packed everything into their truck efficiently , and delivered everything to our apartment quickly. They are the best!!!! I look forward to working with them again

These guys are the absolute best. They were patient and willing to try various methods of moving my couch into my apartment. A+!

Reggie & Ethan were hard workers. They hustled and planned their way through the process. There was a very challenging situation with 3 doors and a stair at the intersection. The move required diagonal 90 degree movement thru 2 adjacent doors and person access at the other door and stair. After planning and moving a route was found and success achieved.

Armando and Wakeim were fast and efficient without rushing or being careless which is extremely important when moving big furniture through a cluttered apartment. their life sized tetris skills was next level. really glad they were on this job today. thank you.

Leonel and Andre did a great job moving my stuff. This is the first time I've used this company and I highly recommend them. I booked them at 11:30 pm at night and got there the next morning. Even though they didn't arrive at 8-9 am, Lugg upgraded my pick up truck to a van at no cost. I'll keep this company in mind again for the next move!

I will always use Lugg!! The service is consistent. They will bring your furniture to the room in your house that you want and set it up for you. This is one of the best services for moving I’ve experienced.

Excellent communication!!!!! Not only did the app keep me updated but Diego and Julio called when 10 away from any destination. Raining that day so I ordered a van. Items were Plastic wrapped with moving blankets during move. Everything was delivered unscathed. A bit more than I would have liked to spend but the peace of mind about needing to find movers and vehicle.

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient
