Arrived less than 10 min after my initial request and moved the mattress on his own in less than 5 min. I couldn’t have asked for any better service!

Super great movers and really nice guys. I had a heavy mattress that needed to be moved and they kindly agreed to help me move it even though it was not a part of my order. Highly recommend and will be purchasing their service again!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Convenience is the name of the game. Use the app to schedule pick up and delivery of large items.

They were both very nice and did a good job, avoiding walls and picture frames while moving a large mattress. I wish that they were able to keep it more clean, but I was able to clean it off, so it all worked out! 

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They went above and beyond to take the wrapping off the new mattresses and put on the beds. Thank you!!

Wow! These brothers were amazing! I can’t believe how great they were at moving my 157lb king size mattress DOWNSTAIRS IN THE RAIN! Not only that, but they brought a new mattress of the weight back up the stairs. I’m so grateful for their help and couldn’t have done it without them.

Fast and friendly self-starters these guys really rocked it. I can’t believe how organized and detail to attention they paid. Everything was delivered in perfect condition!!!All my valiables, fragiles like my big huge full length mirror. My bed set up everything even the dust ruffle under the mattress they put together= looks great:-) unloaded super organized for unpacking!! I can’t believe what a great job they did …but I know that I have always valued hard work and these guys are the epitome of hard workers. Rock star service🤩 thanks guys!

Regerio and Carlos were AMAZING!! They went above and beyond packing/filling up a shipping pod for me. They fit everything and even my mattress and bike which I didn’t think would fit. I would highly recommend them. I wish they could help unload when my pod gets delivered to DC!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Oscar made great time for our delivery, helped us get the mattress I toy our condo, and even had a customized dolly for the mattress that made the whole evolution so easy.

They were lovely. Quiet, methodical, thoughtful, attended to all the corners and obstacles. They fit a huge mattress up through a challengingly small attic stairs opening. When it appeared the only way to get it up would be to folded, they checked with me, pointing out that there might be springs in the mattress and it might create a permanent fold. Given how far we could come I said to go for it, they managed it, and it left no trace of the folding. I would say essentially a perfect pick up and delivery. They were even open to small suggestions.

Removed dirty plastic, carefully brought the mattresses up stairs, and kindly moved their truck to make passage possible.

Once again, Lugg came through for me. Fast pickup and delivery with no damage or hassle. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

Carlos & Rodney were INCREDIBLE today!!!! They showed up exactly on time, even early! Communicated with me, the app was A-mazing for communicating & logistics. They moved quickly, followed directions to insert mattresses into matress bags I had, seal them up, unscrew legs to put in bag. The Lugg app did not update the correct location, Rodney changed his route, fixed the billing with Lugg, delivered to the storage unit, went as far as to enter the gate for me with my code, go to my unit, unload, bring my keys to the manger. SO flexible, trustworthy, calm, strong, patient. Just a GREAT team & experience bc of these guys. Thank you Rodney & Carlos!

My goodness, I can't believe how quickly the mattress arrived! They were both just perfect young gentlemen, polite and efficient, careful. Their mother would be proud.

SO polite, helpful and good natured. They had to wait around for the mattress cover to dry and were so nice about it. They even vacuumed under my bed. Really great experience. I hope I can use them again for the next project.

Both Cody and Mauricio were personable and professional in handling everything I requested - taking apart a full bed frame, lugging all this stuff down for donation and for bulky item pick up (including a mattress, a futon, a desk, etc). Our new place had two flights of stairs and they navigated that with humor and a super good attitude. Thank you so much!

My best experience with Lugg! These guys arrived fast, were well prepared, wore booties anytime inside, and open to carrying heavy mattresses upstairs. After they were done, they went above and beyond and unwrapped everything for me. 10/10 wish I could use them every time!!!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great. Fast and efficient. I did request my other sofa to be hauled away in the order and they would not do that. Had them put it by the curb for bulky item pickup instead. Would like to see an option for hauling away old sofa, mattress, fridge, etc….

Jose and Alan were super awesome! They were quick and efficient despite the weird layout of my apartment that they had to navigate with bed frames and mattresses. They were careful with my items, and asked questions before moving to make sure I was okay with what they were doing. They arrived right on time and got the move done super quickly! Jose and Alan were super nice and personable, I would 100% hire them again and recommend them to my friends!
