On time, delivery was good. Unfortunately Ikea forgot to send one time so I need to figure out how to get that item

Carlos and and Konstantin were so helpful, efficient, and made moving so much less stressful! They took apart and re-built my IKEA bed in 1/10th so quickly and took great care in handling my furniture!

Prompt, efficient, and friendly with great communication. An excellent first Lugg experience with delivery my IKEA couch pieces (to my 4th floor walk-up!).

Unfortunately, only half our order was delivered, not sure what happened…. Appears IKEA did not have the order together, even though they said it was as I left. I would definitely use Lugg again and Victor and Eugene.

They did a really great job making sure my Ikea furniture items were all safely delivered to my unit on the 3rd floor.

Thanks Nathaniel! We couldnt be on site to receive the delivery, it was an ikea split into 3 big boxes. He left them exactly where instructed!

They picked up my order from IKEA and delivered within the stated time frame, which was only about 2 hours after I paid for the furniture item - amazing! Fast service, no waiting, they brought the boxes into my home, it was great!

I appreciated that they texted me before they even got to IKEA to ask me to forward my receipt so that their pick up would go smoothly. Carried 4 heavy boxes up a flight of stairs. Lugg made this easy peasy!! Thank you

Otto and Marlon were so patient and on top of things when IKEA had a mix-up about my order. They also carried my furniture to where exactly it was needed. They are the best!

Jimmy waited at IKEA for half an hour due to IKEA late open. He also helped to move all the packages to the destination room

There was an error in the system which made the pickup an hour early from opening and Jesus still waited to pick up the packages from IKEA. Very understanding and patient.

These two were incredibly efficient with their time and absolute machines with lifting heavy boxes. They had to go up 3 flights of stairs with big, heavy, IKEA furniture boxes and did it like it was nothing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Once again, Lugg came through for me. Fast pickup and delivery with no damage or hassle. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

CJ & Darius we’re AWESOME!! Totally went above and beyond. Took apart a king IKEA bed, moved it, then put the bed back together!! Plus moved a million other boxes. I loved them. And they make me continue to love Lugg and feel incredibly grateful for your service!!

We use lugg often and these particular guys are real pros! They handled our Ikea delivery and were careful, fast and friendly.

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Emir & Julián arrived on time and were very professional. We appreciate them getting the Ikea couch up the difficult staircase.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

They were remarkably friendly and professional. They moved a 96" long IKEA couch through a doorway, around a corner, up a stairwell, and into a flat. They handled this amazingly well and were very careful throughout the entire process. 6 stars out of 5, if I could.

They did an excellent job! Arrived promptly on time, helped move the furniture from the house, unload at IKEA and helped put the items on the trolley and take to the returns counter.
