Nestor and Richard were very responsible, personable and prompt with the pickup and delivery of our apartments new couch. They kept me in communication when they picked up the couch from Macy's Union Square all the way into the delivery of all 7 pieces of the couch unit into the apartment. Would highly recommend these two for my next Lugg request and to other customers!

Anthony and Sahit were the best!! So nice, great communication, hard working. I had a super difficult move bringing up very heave furniture 4 floors (no elevator) - they did an excellent job. Thank you.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Leo and Diego were pros! My furniture was oversized and awkward and they got it moved so expertly- smart, spatially aware- just what is needed in this job!

Thank you so much. You did an excellent job wrapping and padding my furniture to move it across town. You secured it to your truck in a very professional way. When you arrived you carefully carried everything upstairs, placed it where I asked, and unwrapped it. I would definitely have you move us again in the future!!!!!

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

First time user of the app and it was so easy! Bought a bunch of patio furniture from Costco with no idea how to transport so used the Lugg app and was extremely happy with the job that was done. Fast, reliable and overall a really good experience.

They stayed persistent with Macy's at the pick up , until the item was located... the store could not find the item when the Luggers arrived. The driver stayed in communication with me, and delivered it perfectly. Many thanks to both men for extra time spent on my Lugg!

Genaro and Juba helped disassemble, move, and reassemble multiple pieces of furniture. They did a great job and were quick and efficient. They also even helped me move a desk up into a loft space which was challenging as the desk was heavy and the stairs narrow -- practically a ladder. But they made it look effortless. This crew was epic! So impressed with their effort, speed, strength, and effort to make sure the job got done right. We moved a lot of furniture onto a trailer and they even gave me their strap to make sure it was ready to haul. Nice work.
