Great guys! Excellent service! I like that they thought through moving large furniture up stairwells and brought plastic wrap to ensure my furniture was protected.

They did more than just bring the furniture into the house. They helped set it up exactly as we wanted it

I just used Lugg for the first time and I’m very impressed with the customer service I received and how user-friendly their app is. Also, the men who delivered my furniture were very customer service oriented and did a great job.

These guys were definitely pros! They knew exactly what to do and picked up my furniture from Home Goods for me. I really didn’t even need to be there for them to pick up my items. They worked well together and got the items in my home carefully and professionally. They even taught me how to move them in the future if I need to. Very friendly gentleman! Highly recommend!

They’re so awesome, I lost a receipt that was needed to pick the chair I wanted from a store and they were and kind and patient and spoke to the store staff on my behalf and gave them the purchase proof I had instead of the one the store specifically was asking for , and picked my furniture up and dropped it off seamlessly.

Great attitude and very knowledgeable. Delivery was heavier and larger than expected and they did great.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They keep in touch with a message and fone calling as they were doing the pickup and delivery. That make it easier for me. Thank you very much.

They were on time, wrapped my chair, were careful not to soil or damage it, and were careful to move it inside the house without damaging other furniture or paint on walls. Great service!

Michael and Yadier worked so smart and so efficiently - a true team. I couldn’t have moved my furniture or rugs by myself. Because of their help, I had a very productive Saturday! I wish more people knew that Lugg wasn’t just for hiring help to move things from point A to point B, but also to provide help within the house. Lugg was my go-to in San Francisco, and now in Austin! The BEST! Their communication was awesome. They called when they were on their way to pick up my special item, called when they had it and even when they were on their way. My item was awkward, heavy and special! A Volkswagen bus bar! They carefully wrapped it in a blanket, and then a clear Stretchy material to keep it protected. The first part of the bar would not fit through the front door. So they had to carry it around to the back of the house and they did it with a smile. They even had to move other furniture in the house to get it into the house & to the room where we wanted it. They were very patient and allowed me to attach sticky felt foot pads on the bottom of the legs…all 8 of them. They moved it exactly where we wanted. These two were above & beyond! Thank you!

This needs 10 more stars! John and Yadier were and are the thing since slice bread! But better! Never has a delivery been so smooth and uneventful! These two men carried in a 53”x84” heavily framed mirror. They were happy, polite and proud of the work they were doing. I definitely will have them help me again and again!

Timely and very professional. Not very impressed with Michael. My other 3 had a great attitude and very positive. Michael was nice but added drama regarding challenges of the delivery.
