Bek and Olin were fantastic! They came so prepared with blankets, plastic wrap, dollies, great attitude and high energy! They were so efficient preparing and packing everything up and were so friendly the entire time. They were Very professional and I felt that all my possessions were in safe and expert hands. Eder and Alexis were absolutely fantastic! They expertly handled an extremely heavy armoire, navigating it down a flight of stairs then through a tight doorway with precision and care. Their strength, efficiency, and problem-solving skills were truly impressive. Not only were they professional and skilled, but they were also friendly and easy to work with. They secured everything safely in the truck and went above and beyond to ensure my furniture was moved without a scratch.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

These guys were awesome. Moved two heavy cabinets in the rain, not one complaint ever! Expert tie down, moved with precision and great care. Even helped me arrange some heavy bronzes I can’t lift. Can’t say enough good things about them. I will use this app again and again if they have such quality people like this working for them. 100 stars, they were simply awesome. Very very happy here!

What a dynamic duo! These guys were so great I don’t know where to start. They arrived right when they said they would, went into auction warehouse and helped carry out, expertly wrapped delicate pieces, loaded truck like expert Tetris players. Unloading was a breeze, they cared for my items asking twice where it all should go-no surprises, zero risk taken with anything. They were exceedingly polite, helpful, strong and worked together like a well oiled machine. I was really really impressed by this team and would hire Lugg again and again and again. In fact-I have a job next week I’ll book right now. If you are wondering if Lugg is right for you…I just had a truckload of furniture expertly placed exactly where I wanted it to go in under an hour and my lower back does not hurt at all! Enough said-let Lugg do it-best decision you will ever make, especially with Abel and Omar.

These cabinets are covered in extremely thin and delicate curved mirrors. They break and crack in a strong wind-they are very, very fragile. I have tried moving them myself and cracked the sides three times. So I called in the pros….my ace Lugg experts Steven and Jesus. I was so pleased when they pulled up as they moved two large display cabinets for me a few weeks ago ago. Moved them perfectly. They came armed with multiple blanket layers and mover’s film and swaddled these chests like a newborn. No dollys to risk pressure on glass, they hand carried them to the truck and ingeniously tied down the legs so no straps put pressure on any glass. They were awesome, gentle, strong, thoughtful, and very smart on how not only to move them, but also to care for them, protect them. They arrived at our destination and they showed the same care and concentration in unloading as they did loading. The arrived in perfect condition. I could not not be happier or more impressed with their focus on being extra careful and gentle and with their friendly professionalism. Hiring Lugg to move these was the best move I ever made and getting the Wonder Team of Steven and Jesus just made it all the better. You cannot go wrong with this service. It saved my back, several trips of taking out the drawers (very heavy chests) with every move of mine risking another crack, and more replacement glass. Not this time, they were AWESOME, AS GOOD AS IT GETS WITH MOVES! HANDS DOWN THE BEST! Again, I know it’s long, but I can’t say enough good things about my Lugg experience, they treated those chests as delicately and carefully as humanly possible, and it showed. Their teamwork and communication with each other and with me was outstanding. Hire them…you can’t go wrong and it will save you a lot of stress. Now I’m free to go about my day totally satisfied these chests made it safely. Thank you Steven and Jesus…you two rock! I’ll look forward to our next job together. -John

I was truly impressed by Angel and Orlando’s professionalism, skill, and friendly service. They carefully wrapped a sofa for a tight doorway fit and expertly and efficiently maneuvered it up three flights of stairs and into place. I would absolutely hire them again and suggest you do too. Ahmed and Jake deserve a RAISE! My space is pretty small and I have a flight of stairs and these two expertly coordinated and managed to do an amazing job. Jacob & Lucas were an amazing team. This was our first time using Lugg, so weren’t sure what to expect. They were very detailed oriented & helped point out any defects or scratches when we picked up our used mattress. We really appreciated their expertise.

Diego and Barasa were absolutely phenomenal! We booked them through the app, and though it said 30 minutes, they arrived in just 10 minutes—talk about efficiency! They moved our fully loaded U-Haul up a flight of stairs in an hour, all while being expert movers who handled our belongings with care. They worked as a seamless team, asking where items go, ensuring everything was placed perfectly. On top of that, their friendly and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. If you need movers who are fast, careful, and professional, Diego and Barasa are the dream team!

Leo and Diego were pros! My furniture was oversized and awkward and they got it moved so expertly- smart, spatially aware- just what is needed in this job!

They were early and expertly did the following: (1) took doors off refrigerator doors so it could fit through door way (2) cleaned and wrapped up all the items ( frig & stove) in moving blankets, then movers saran wrap

Both Edwin and Helvert really display hustle! I don't think they stopped moving the whole time they were on the clock. I hired them to unload my own moving truck and move all of my possessions into my third floor apartment. This included a very heavy motorized adjustable bed frame which they handled expertly with care and were able to fit into a very tiny elevator to prevent moving it up the stairwell. Edwin was especially great at communicating and understanding my request for the order in which things had to be moved in. They make a good team.

Navigated nearly impossible tight corners with a bulky couch. I was 90% sure it won't fit. Real experts and very easy to work with.
