They were great!! Had a remote junk disposal job with them. They sent photos and clarified the items before loading and bringing anything to the dump. They were patient and communicative through and through. Would recommend to anyone!

What a dynamic duo! These guys were so great I don’t know where to start. They arrived right when they said they would, went into auction warehouse and helped carry out, expertly wrapped delicate pieces, loaded truck like expert Tetris players. Unloading was a breeze, they cared for my items asking twice where it all should go-no surprises, zero risk taken with anything. They were exceedingly polite, helpful, strong and worked together like a well oiled machine. I was really really impressed by this team and would hire Lugg again and again and again. In fact-I have a job next week I’ll book right now. If you are wondering if Lugg is right for you…I just had a truckload of furniture expertly placed exactly where I wanted it to go in under an hour and my lower back does not hurt at all! Enough said-let Lugg do it-best decision you will ever make, especially with Abel and Omar.

First time user of the app and it was so easy! Bought a bunch of patio furniture from Costco with no idea how to transport so used the Lugg app and was extremely happy with the job that was done. Fast, reliable and overall a really good experience.

Kenny & Joseph were amazing at helping us lug some heavy furniture upstairs and take away all of our trash. They were professional, kind, and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough!

The movers came in on time and did the required work promptly. Would recommend. We did not need furniture disposal.

These guys were great! We had to stop at two locations to get two different pieces of furniture and they were so kind and willing to accommodate the extra trip.

Jose and Edenilson were amazing! True professionals who made moving between apartments such a breeze. I had a lot of bulky furniture and heavy boxes that they took care of without issue. They brought plastic wrap and moving blankets to protect my items as well. They had no difficulty managing a large busy street and a small tight street with the box truck. I moved a 1-bedroom apartment’s worth of items and booked Jose and Edenilson to arrive between 12-1… They arrived at 11:50am I was fully moved into my new apartment before 1pm. Amazing!!

Jorge and Zhijia are fabulous!! Effectively and efficiently took card of my junk disposal and explained to me what the resource center would and would not take. They worked quickly and did the job appropriately with little direction from me. Thank you!!!!

Fast and prrofessional. The gentlemen also helped us stage our furniture. The movers came early and worked fast. This was the easiest move EVER. Outstanding service!

Zero complaints. Diego let me know his ETA. He arrived on time. Very fast, efficient, and careful getting my furniture loaded, unloaded, and moved into my house. Very friendly. Very STRONG.

They made sure the items were delivered without scratches.. very friendly guys! They were able to work it out bringing the heavy furnitures through tight spaces! Did a fantastic job!

Wow !!! All I can say. Oscar and Isabella were beyond helpful. They had to tear down my upholstered bed to take down three flights of stairs. Amazing…. And they hauled the junk away. I will definitely use them again.

Mauricio and Alberto were expert movers and excellent communicators! They were efficient with my move of my apartment and took care to make sure everything was safely transported with wrapping glass items and my precious furniture! 100% would book with them again!!

Jaime and Carlos were both communicative, quick with uploading and even helped me assemble my furniture!

They were super nice. Reminded me that Recology does not take pressure treated wood sent me the receipt from Recology as requested and also reminded me of the schedule for dangerous substances disposal.

Paulo & Leo were amazing, helping us move extremely heavy furniture up many flights of stairs without causing any damage. It was a super hot day but they worked quickly and efficiently and were happy to do whatever we needed. I couldn’t ask for better!

Homer and David did an amazing job moving a really large heavy 350lbs piece of furniture. They were super careful and efficient. I definitely could not have done the job myself.

Javier was great. Lugg app was terrible though. I booked 2-3 time frame and Javier wasn’t assigned until closer to 3 and was coming from the south bay. I booked this for disposal at the dump which closes at 4:30pm. Javier arrived close to 4pm which is cutting it way close than necessary.

Eder and Kevin were fantastic! They were friendly, considerate, and took extremely good care of our furniture. They were very careful with the way they moved the furniture into our new apartment. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Eder and Kevin!

Great service which is greatly needed for those of us trying to get rid of junk and old items who don’t drive. Great staff and very helpful with all of my moving needs as questions. The job was completed efficiently by friendly and helpful staff. I will use their service again.

Above and beyond the call of duty. This is our first time using Lugg, and they were very helpful. Disposal of a large box, assisting my 80 yr old mother who took delivery...just all around great guys. Thank you so much. 5 big stars.
