Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

The moved fine but they didn’t listen to direction. My friend who was coordinating the beginning of the move told them where to meet his mother so she could open the storage unit and they didn’t even look for her. Which made my friend have to drive 40 minutes out of his way to go to the storage unit and cost me extra money.

Amazing experience! The movers were so helpful, and made a stressful move worry free.

Joshua and Marco were really, really likable people. I loved having their help for my move. Somehow they used some combination of witchcraft and advanced geometry to fit all of my furniture into a small storage unit, and there's still room to access boxes when I need them. Would recommend them and the Lugg service to all of my friends.

They were fast to arrive at departure location, efficient, communicated well with each other and with me, careful to see nothing was left behind. At the arrival location, they were quick and intelligent to unload and fit everything into a small-yet-tall storage unit. They clocked out before I even looked for how to stop the clock on the move. I highly recommend these 2 gentlemen to move your furniture.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

This project could not have gone smoother. They emptied the storage area, move furniture into it help set up exercise equipment, and took storage containers to an offsite storage room. They were friendly and great to work with.

Erkin and Yacine did a great job with a difficult move from our house to a storage locker. We had a ton of large furniture. They maneuvered it out of our place and into a small storage locker like pros. Very efficient.

I found the luggers to be enthusiastic and very friendly. They were a good team. I think it would've been good If they had done a walk-through at the end of The job because they would've seen several small items along the side of the Basement walls. Not a huge deal because I can carry those things out myself tomorrow, but I did say a few times everything needs to go out except one table I asked them to leave inside the basement. They did ask the usual question "anything else" which is good because it reminded me I had a few things upstairs I wanted them to take to the Storage as well!

David and Grayson were amazing. On time, efficient, and went out of their way to assure that my stuff fit into a small storage unit. They reorganized things, with out asking, to make sure everything fit snuggly. They also wrapped fragile items (large tv) for me, to make sure everything arrived intact. True professionals.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Jon and Jacob were great to work with. They knew what they were doing; quickly moved everything out of my apartment and fit it in nicely into my small storage unit. Would definitely hire them again!

Their Teamwork was vital as the reorganized my first storage, consolidated a 15 year old storage and moved some furniture pieces from my parents to my new home. I hired OJ and Francisco to help move my studio to a small storage unit. They were so efficient and I could see they really knew how to strategically pack my belongings which were a mix of shapes and pieces!! Not to mention my mom was impressed by their storage organizing skills. You’re in good hands with these two!

Diego was fast, friendly, and professional. He helped with prioritizing what to pack to make it all fit, and he helped load the dolly to minimize trips to the storage unit. Very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend, especially as a solo lugger!

Angel and Mauro were amazing, kind and took wonderful care of my items. They were so friendly and helped package every item very well and made sure it would all fit safely in the storage unit.

They were great at problem solving moving large items in narrow stairways, taking apart furniture, and making tons of stuff fit in a small storage unit. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They made sure my items were safe and would not get damaged while being transported and then stored. Awesome all around.
