Edison and Diego were kind, respectful and very fast. They helped me pickup and get a couch to my new apartment, ensuring my item arrived safely, and in as good condition as when I got it.

Andrew and Diego were super sweet, professional, and did an overall awesome job. The large display shelf with glass doors and sides that we purchased from a neighbor arrived safely from their second story apartment to our home without a scratch—not an easy move! Much appreciated guys, thank you.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

We had no idea how to get our heavy sofa bed out of our apartment. Salvation Army canceled their pickup at the last minute on the last day of our lease. Arturo and Andy truly saved me! Not only were they on time, they were thoughtful about my item and did the unthinkable, moving it out of an extremely tight doorway and up a precarious flight of stairs. Thank you Arturo and Andy!! Armando and Wakeim were fast and efficient without rushing or being careless which is extremely important when moving big furniture through a cluttered apartment. their life sized tetris skills was next level. really glad they were on this job today. thank you.

Showed up early ready to move! All of my things were wrapped and carefully moved. Took less than an hour to get my things from my apartment to my storage. Not just fast, but very knowledge! Would 100% use again

Above and beyond! Hector and Daniel were on time, friendly, and got a tough couch move done! The couch almost didn’t make it into my apartment but Daniel and Hector kept at it and made it work. Really glad these two showed up as my luggers!

Brought everything to apartment safely, had felt packing blankets and necessary equipment for move. On time. Quick and efficient.

I wish I had known ahead of time that they could only make one trip. I wish I had the option of a bigger truck and more movers. I wish Lugg provided better estimates of time based on amount of stuff. Not sure what the time estimate is of a two-bedroom apartment, but my two bedroom apartment without appliances took all day, and the movers arrived after the arrival window.

I was in serious need of someone to help me move some items out of my apartment before they were trashed or given away. A friend had told me about Lugg the day previous, I downloaded the app and I was greeted at my door within 30 minutes with these two incredibly helpful men. To be honest, I couldn’t have been more surprised at the level of help and preparedness they were ready to provide . I’m still in absolute shock that this app and they were able to do something I tried to call 5 movers in the area to do… in less than 30 minutes, from time to install the app + immediately connecting me with someone that literally was on their way!!! Outrageous! On top of all that, these two were outstanding, this truly has been a miracle. Thank you, so, so incredibly much!

Moved out most of my apartment including the big furniture, they were helpful and made the task much easier than expected.

My apartment was not an easy location, but they worked very hard to get all my stuff out in a timely fashion. They also helped find a Goodwill location that would accept furniture wen it turned out the one I chose did not, which took a huge amount of stress off of me.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Jason and Herbert were amazing! Super Fast, Efficient, most importantly friendly. They were able to pick up my furniture securely pack it and transport it to my new apartment on the 3rd floor. I appreciate their willingness to get the job done in a timely manner. I can’t thank you two enough.

Jimmy and Juan moved our super heavy refrigerator from an old apartment to a new apartment (both on upper levels). They arrived on time, have been very polite, worked fast, handled the refrigerator with care, so there were no scratches. Thank you very much!
