Lawrence was the driver for Lugg. He was professional and called to let me know that he was picking up my item. Also verify with me my item. He called when he was outside to bring it up to the 2nd floor walk up of my office. I recommend this company and this service. Price delivery very reasonable. I will use in the future or as needed. 🙏🏼😊

Alonso and Denmark right on time. Alonso was exceptional - friendly, professional. Both worked efficiently and were out of my home quickly and made a prompt delivery to the nonprofit where I donated the furniture.

There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!

Not only were they smooth in delivery but they helped fix one of the drawers that broke (not due to them, due to original state). Highly recommend and such nice people!

Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!

These men were very professional and friendly. They were respectful of my property and wrapped it with care! They delivered from point A to point B without any issues, which as a control freak, I was glad they made feel well at ease as if they were family members doing me a favor! My partner who received the delivery was very impressed by this service! We will definitely use Lugg.com for our next big moving project! These two gentlemen were extremely professional and efficient. A last minute delivery on a Sunday night, and they arrived with smiles on and ready to get my bed and furniture in and where it needed to be. Very thankful they were the delivery guys we got!

First time using this, and it got off to a terrible start. I was told pick up at 10 am at West elm Bk and arrive at my place by by 11 am. The first guys said delayed 1.5 hrs, no reason given, and then finally they go and pick up and try to load. But they said our truck is too small. This is after I got an upgrade for bigger truck and somehow someway they said two piece couch and a coffee table can’t fit! They def making this up. So I wasted three hours and had to cancel. Unbelievable. I was able to get Joffre and Tyrone. Good time efficient and professional and got the job done. And they were nice about it and even said it’s was BS what happened early. What was supposed to 11 am promised delivery - they arrived at 3 pm. If it wasn’t for Jeffre and Tyrone, they saved the day. Zero stars for the first guys. And for luggs for making me still wait for the first guys for three hours. Five stars for Jeffre and Tyrone.

Both were so lovely and efficient! They helped with assembly on delivery as well. I paid them tip directly - I didn’t know that it was an option to add through the app! Sorry!

Very prompt delivery and very clear communication. They made sure to call me when they were on their way to pickup our furniture and gave me an update when they were along the way to our place. Smooth and efficient!

Martino and Tyrone went above and beyond to take my boxes to the post office. They moved the boxes efficiently and drove efficiently. They were flexible enough to accommodate a change of delivery point. They were courteous throughout the entire process.

Jason and Idrissa went above and beyond, arriving timely despite little lead time and being extremely generous with their time and patience in getting the job done. Jason made sure to hand deliver loose hardware that fell off a piece and even offered to leave a tool behind to make sure we could properly fix part of the furniture moved (that was very generous and thoughtful!).

They were very careful with our painting and super friendly! We paid for a pick up truck and thankfully they came with a van which helped protect the painting even more!! So thankful for that! Very fast and easy delivery with great service and smiles :)

Great service. Needed to move something quickly and they came in less time than expected. Didn’t have to lift a finger after they picked up the item and basically did a white glove delivery (without the cost) 10/10 highly recommend
