They were personable and so accommodating went extra mile. Outstanding service. Moved old sofa. White glove service. Home Sense gave them the wrong rug they told us just return it thats whole other story.

Clean, quick, on time, very respectful of my home. They were easier than I had expected and I would recommend them to anyone looking for ease of use. They were great, Period! Thanks guys.

They were polite and very respectful. Excellent job. I already tipped them. My issue though is with your logistics. I kept getting updated text which I appreciate. That’s a good thing to do. What’s not a good thing to do is to tell the client to expect them in 15 minutes and then tell them in the next text that there was a glitch and it would be an hour and a half later before the delivery would show up. There’s no way you can tell me that 15 minutes before, the initial pick up you didn’t have an idea that something was going wrong . I could’ve been doing a lot of other things during that time instead, I was Waiting in my new home where I could not be productive for a delivery that was coming in hour and a half later. Your logistics team needs to do a better job

The team of Edward and Edwin loaded up super quickly and efficiently and safely delivered both of our bulky items to their final locations, even taking care to move a breakable item in our home so it wasn’t in danger as the large item came through. 11/10

On time. In and out in minutes after putting everything exactly where I wanted. Easiest way to bring home a lot of ikea boxes.

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Honest about labor minutes, received updated texts with their travel time, worked quickly & were extremely careful handling my furniture. Overall I would highly recommend Lugg delivery service as the contractor for Home Goods! I provide tip at time of service.

I honestly wasn't expecting the level of service I received from Glen and Cleevens. They were well prepared with moving materials and able to expertly move the sofa from one tight spot to another without damaging the furniture piece or the homes. They were also incredibly friendly and upbeat, especially in light of the fact that it was a very difficult sofa to move.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Professional, courteous, polite and very careful moving the wine fridge. Would highly recommend.

Great team for moving stuff

Denson and Edward were careful with moving our furniture into the house, with the help of my husband as it was over 200 lbs. Plus, there were a dozen steps to get to the house. First time using Luggs. You must download their app and entered a credit card on file before a move can be scheduled regardless what Homesense told you. I wasn't a fan of installing apps and was concern at first that there isn't a phone number and they use AI as an agent. But it was pretty straight forward and they texted me every step of way on the day of delivery and arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Price is fair. Highly recommend.

They arrived promptly and delivered into my home a very large chaise lounge through a small door perfectly!

They were both very nice and did an amazing job. They got all of my high priority items into the truck and moved into the destination home, and negotiated some tight corners and tight spaces to do so.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Erica and Aljeny are amazing and I would highly recommend them! They moved my bed, my couch, chairs, a heavy A/C unit, and bookshelves in under 90 minutes - including transit time in between. They expertly maneuvered through several flights of stairs and tight corners, typical of old Boston homes. More than that, they were friendly and kind all throughout, which made the moving process fun and far less stressful.

Deyson and Edward were great. They communicated all details and even alerted us to a small bit of damage from Home sense prior to delivery. The damage was not on the product when we bought it and we were able to secure a small price reduction.

Roberto and Joseph were extremely efficient and were very handling all of my things. They even took apart and reassembled my bed frame and helped me arrange some of the heavier furniture before they left. I highly recommend their service to anyone who is moving into a new home.

They are amazing!!! On time, carefully delivery my orders to indoor with holding their hands at edge of box, make sure not scratch the wall. My favorite part is the text me the link which I can keep follow up to check where are they now. That means I don’t have to wait at home for two hours. I can keep tracking to make sure I can get home before arrive.
