They navigated the pickup area (unfamiliar to them and to me) smoothly, quickly finding the best route out to the truck while keeping the sofa safe. They were also very easy to talk to. Great experience!

They did the impossible by moving my couch to my new house with an incredibly narrow stairwell. They were really great at working as a team to figure out the best way to maneuver the couch to make it fit. On top of everything they were very friendly and had great spirits considering the difficulty of the job! I highly recommend them, they did an outstanding job and I am extremely satisfied. This was by far the best example of going above and beyond- they made sure that they were clear on the instructions. They were very careful in handling my items and they brought the correct equipment needed to do the job.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Israel and Preston did such an amazing job. They were both super fact, efficient,kind, and safe. Best moving experience I've had.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Tim and Joshua were very friendly and worked incredibly hard. The move involved a lot of walking and ramps and steps. I never heard one complaint. They packed the truck expertly, making the absolute best use of space; and I had a lot of stuff. They were respectful of the properties and my stuff. They also were respectful of my need to keep my cats and dog separate from the moving space. The loading process felt slow, but I know it was because they were taking great care to maximize the space in the truck. They unloaded very quickly and as efficiently as possible. They were honestly great and if I could request them for future moves, I'd do it in a heartbeat

Andres and Jeremiah are the best, not only did they take their time helping out with assembly, they also helped me cut up all the boxes to dispose of the trash. Would use them again!

Aleksandr and Zach were both truly terrific in all ways. They arrived at the pickup location at the very beginning of the scheduled time slot. (In fact, they actually arrived a little early.) Both were professional and courteous at all times. Both were extremely careful at all times with the furniture I had them move, including a very large, heavy chest of drawers. Their carefulness was top-notch during loading and unloading of their truck, during the lugging of my furniture up a stairway, during the maneuvering of my furniture through a doorway and around tight corners within my home, and at all other times. As I witnessed in my rear-view mirror when driving just ahead of them from the pickup location to the delivery location, Alexsandr drove with extreme care over speed bumps and at all other times so as to ensure that my furniture wouldn't be damaged in even the slightest way during the drive. They also offered clever, helpful suggestions on the safest, best way of getting the chest of drawers out of the thick box and other packaging it came in. I'd be thrilled to have Alexsandr and Zach work for me in the future, and I'd enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. Even if I tried my absolute hardest to think of something to criticize in how Aleksandr and Zach served me, I'd still come up with nothing to complain about.

On time, polite, quick to jump in and get the job done, cheerful, professional - Olksander and Leon are great! Lugg is the best!

Brandon and Eric were the best! They were both Super friendly guys, and arrived at the pickup location well under the estimated time. These guys went above and beyond expectations and moved my grill safely and efficiently. 11/10, Would definitely hire again!
