They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Ted was willing to go above and beyond to help move a piece of furniture that needed to be returned and he also returned to the store voluntarily and without complaint when the store forgot to include a piece of furniture and mounting hardware that should have been included in the original delivery.

Jawan was great! We did have a problem with Lugg though…our delivery was supposed to be between 2-3pm and our items did not get delivered until 8pm. On the app, there were 3 different driving teams and when we called the first one around 3pm, the driver claimed to be on their way to IKEA for pickup and then our home. We had to cancel plans because we were relying on the delivery from Lugg. A refund would be appreciated.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.
