William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were awesome! I was hesitant to buy something off of FB marketplace and not be there to monitor but it couldn't have been easier. Salvatore & Cardell called me and kept me in the loop and were SO nice!! I will definitely be recommending this service.

Really great job! I bought something from facebook marketplace and sent me pictures of some marks of the furniture to make sure I knew about them. Super quick and efficient.

These guys went WAY above and WAY beyond to make this delivery happen. My building security gave us a hard time about an unscheduled delivery and they were extremely patient about working out a solution. Thanks so much!!!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!

they were efficient, took really great care of the couch that I bought off fb marketplace, and they even helped me put the couch together on the other end! would absolutely use them again to move furniture

Very prompt delivery and very clear communication. They made sure to call me when they were on their way to pickup our furniture and gave me an update when they were along the way to our place. Smooth and efficient!

Great service. Needed to move something quickly and they came in less time than expected. Didn’t have to lift a finger after they picked up the item and basically did a white glove delivery (without the cost) 10/10 highly recommend

I ordered a large item through a craigslist seller in NY, from my bed in Bequia, St. Vincent and your service made it a breeze. I had the table in less than 3 hours. Thanks for your professionalism, courtesy and pics during the move.

Best Lugger I’ve ever had!!!! Beyond the call of duty and so friendly and easy to chat with. Roger was picking up a Facebook marketplace purchase for me and we ran into difficulties trying to get a hold of the buyer for 30+ mins. Roger not only hung around patiently, but proactively helped me work the problem by contacting Lugg support, brainstorming back up plans, and ringing doorbells to find the pick up contact. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!
