Ron is a great communicator. He returned a product I got from Ikea back to the store and was incredibly professional and efficient.

Ikea gave me the wrong package for delivery yet Darren was able to accommodate me. The 10 boxs were over the “light” option for sure! Darren did the extra works and I wasn’t have to help him at all.

Convenience is the name of the game. Use the app to schedule pick up and delivery of large items.

Bought some large ikea furnitures in the morning and got them delivered in the afternoon. Dara and Mansour are super friendly and professional. They moved the pieces to the designated room in no time. Highly recommended.

Picked up IKEA product on time, arrived as scheduled. Product well protected from rain, promptly delivered to dry area, and took photo. Very cheerful, friendly, organized, and thoughtful.

They were great. There was a piece of furniture missing, but that’s not their fault. IKEA didn’t give it to them.

They went there extra effort of bringing up our IKEA mattresses that had been delivered earlier to the door.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Thank you so much for all the help IKEA should consider the weather conditions going forward as some of the boxes do the pieces got wet.

The best dynamic duo there is! I was fortunate enough to be blessed with their delivery for a second time on the same day lol. They brought my ikea delivery even through the snowy conditions. Leo and Viktoriya are extremely knowledgeable on their service and was able to deliver the furniture with no damages on any areas of the house. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Great guys and they were right on time and super helpful. Overall the experience of buying it at ikea purchasing in person and using this app to have it delivered was super helpful. Ordering online would’ve forced my delivery to 9am on weekdays (I can’t call out of work) this was delivered the next day 11am on Saturday. Will def use this again.

Bought a couch as-is from Ikea and they were able to deliver it to my apartment! The elevator was too short so it had to be disassembled slightly but they were able to put it back together again. Really appreciate it.

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.
