Sent me updates on the delivery time. Arrived in an enclosed van. Were very careful bringing the pieces upstairs.

Excellent service. Both Daniel and Jason did a great job with pickup and delivery. I would use LUGG again - especially if they are handling everything.

When they got here they were polite, introduced themselves . Friendly to my husband who was outside. Very careful W/ carrying in the heavy pc of furniture. Asking where I wanted it , placed it there & asked if was ok or they would move it to where I needed it . Very accommodating! My husband & I We’re very impressed w/ the service , promptness, & the friendly delivery guys! Will keep the # if I need this again great experience! They both deserve GOLD Stars ⭐️

Daniel & Jason were very professional they took extra care not to damage the furniture and door frames leading into our home. They kept us updated on their route and delivery time. I would definitely recommend them!

Both of these guys were excellent. They communicated through the entire pick up of my furniture to the delivery arrival time they brought the new furniture in carefully, set it up very polite and professional would highly recommend.

I was leery about using an app without being able to talk to somebody at first. The app is actually very communicative. it let me easily cancel my time and reschedule it twice, which I did because of weather. it showed me the MapQuest of my delivery and how many minutes away they were Isiah and Javair are very accommodating, polite, friendly and listened to my concerns. I will use this app again if needed and refer to anyone else who may need it.

Daniel and Datwan were great. Understanding when there was a delay at pick up and went above and beyond during the delivery at my home. Overall a very smooth delivery. Thanks!

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

They made sure they contacted me by phone, needing to call me a couple of times, when no one came out to receive the shipment. I was not at the delivery site but my husband was and he did come out. My husband said they were very courteous and efficient, and placed the items where asked in the apartment. We appreciate that they were very timely in their delivery, excellent with communication, professional, helpful and courteous.

We had a very positive experience with Lugg from beginning to end. My husband contracted with them to move our new stove into the house that has been sitting in our garage since March. We took time to remove about 90lbs of parts to help reduce the weight, but there was still at least 200lb of bulky mass to move. We rented an appliance dolly in case the guys would need it (we didn't know if they had one with them), but Alvaro and Juan strapped up with a shoulder dolly, CARRIED it down the stairs, UP a short flight and a couple of tight turns to get it inside and to the kitchen. Hubby guided them to maneuver past the turns, handrails and through the door. We were charged us for a total of 20 minutes time. The Lugg app communicated with my husband when they were leaving for our house so we were ready for them when they arrived. Their rates are totally fair. All in all, a smooth transaction and we could not be more pleased. We would not hesitate to hire them again. #ServiceStarShoutOut

They stayed in touch with me during the delivery process and were so kind enough to help my son take the mattress up to my apartment. It was too heavy for me to do it with my son alone. Very kind.
