So fast. Quickly assessed the room and the furniture. They were careful of the stairways in my building.

They made sure the items were delivered without scratches.. very friendly guys! They were able to work it out bringing the heavy furnitures through tight spaces! Did a fantastic job!

Eder and Kevin were fantastic! They were friendly, considerate, and took extremely good care of our furniture. They were very careful with the way they moved the furniture into our new apartment. First time user of the app and it was so easy! Bought a bunch of patio furniture from Costco with no idea how to transport so used the Lugg app and was extremely happy with the job that was done. Fast, reliable and overall a really good experience.

Mauricio and Alberto were expert movers and excellent communicators! They were efficient with my move of my apartment and took care to make sure everything was safely transported with wrapping glass items and my precious furniture! 100% would book with them again!!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They came as fast as they could to help another group carry a couch that was heavier than I realized when purchasing through nextdoor. They saved the day and cost me a lot less than the first lugg people I received. They battled East Bay traffic to Marin!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

These guys were great! We had to stop at two locations to get two different pieces of furniture and they were so kind and willing to accommodate the extra trip.

This was my first time using Lugg, and WOW I couldn’t be happier. Eric and Erik came to help me load a bed that I purchased on Nextdoor, they came early, were extremely friendly and easy to connect with. They loaded everything carefully showed up with wrap and a blanket and all of my items were transported safely. I was a little nervous to build this trundle bed that came without instructions, and was happily surprised and relieved when they pulled out tools and began to build it. Yay my son has his own bed again!! I would highly recommend Lugg and if you get these two young men you will be in great hands. They work hard and get the job done, a mom couldn’t ask for more! What a dynamic duo! These guys were so great I don’t know where to start. They arrived right when they said they would, went into auction warehouse and helped carry out, expertly wrapped delicate pieces, loaded truck like expert Tetris players. Unloading was a breeze, they cared for my items asking twice where it all should go-no surprises, zero risk taken with anything. They were exceedingly polite, helpful, strong and worked together like a well oiled machine. I was really really impressed by this team and would hire Lugg again and again and again. In fact-I have a job next week I’ll book right now. If you are wondering if Lugg is right for you…I just had a truckload of furniture expertly placed exactly where I wanted it to go in under an hour and my lower back does not hurt at all! Enough said-let Lugg do it-best decision you will ever make, especially with Abel and Omar.

Fast and prrofessional. The gentlemen also helped us stage our furniture. The movers came early and worked fast. This was the easiest move EVER. Outstanding service!

The were 30min late. It was 15 minutes in total to take down a few bag of trash I had already killed my self and my back packing up and moving everything to the front hallway. If you charge more that $20 I'll destroy you on yelp, LI, FB, nextdoor, etc. and everywhere else! Even though they were very late they could have knocked out pushing furniture and be done with. I've used Dolly Before. So many options. I was trying to stay loyal. They said I'd have to hire a second Lugg appointment to move a small couch within my apartment. I'll use another service and a service that can legally use a screwdriver. They were nice enough and embarrassed to explain your irrational rule.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Whoa. The Lugg app is literally magic. I found a large piece of used furniture online, checked it out in person, and before I even paid for it, got confirmation that these guys would arrive within an hour. ONE hour!? At the click of a button to give me immediate gratification of having this sweet piece of high-end furniture that I scoured off Nextdoor picked up and dropped off at my apartment. This service opens up all new possibilities for redecorating and changing new pieces of furniture that I otherwise would have to pay some fancy storefront hundreds of dollars to deliver and even hundreds more to buy new from. This transaction alone allowed me to get my piece at less than 20% of the price new AND all within the span of an HOUR (not accounting for Bay Area traffic) FUCKIN MAGIC! More importantly, Lugg wouldn’t work without he hardworking guys willing to drive through hours of traffic to show up with a smile, pick up my treasure/booty, all the whole treating it as it it was their own property, and BEATING me to the drop off destination. I can’t speak for every Lugger, but this dynamic duo is the reason this app will succeed or fail. Make sure to keep these guys and use them as an example of what others need to do. FUCKIN MAGIC. This is the first time I used Lugg. I had read all great reviews on NextDoor and a few not so good reviews. I am impressed! This was such an easy transaction and saved my back!Francisco and Arturo were on time, very friendly, hard working, responsible, conscientious and wore masks. I will definitely will recommend Lugg and can’t wait to use them again!

Jose and Edenilson were amazing! True professionals who made moving between apartments such a breeze. I had a lot of bulky furniture and heavy boxes that they took care of without issue. They brought plastic wrap and moving blankets to protect my items as well. They had no difficulty managing a large busy street and a small tight street with the box truck. I moved a 1-bedroom apartment’s worth of items and booked Jose and Edenilson to arrive between 12-1… They arrived at 11:50am I was fully moved into my new apartment before 1pm. Amazing!!

Paulo & Leo were amazing, helping us move extremely heavy furniture up many flights of stairs without causing any damage. It was a super hot day but they worked quickly and efficiently and were happy to do whatever we needed. I couldn’t ask for better!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Homer and David did an amazing job moving a really large heavy 350lbs piece of furniture. They were super careful and efficient. I definitely could not have done the job myself.

Five Stars for our wonderful Lugg movers! They picked up and delivered to us a sofa bed we got via Nextdoor. The sofa was wrapped in protective plastic and the feet were removed so that they didn't break off. They used a power drill to reattach the feet. We live up many steps from the street so this was a difficult task. They were friendly and courteous!! We can't say enough about our first experience with Lugg! AAA++
