Movers were great. Truck was a little too small to everything but that’s my fault for not giving better dimensions. They were lots of help on pickup and delivery.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

Hector and Jose were fantastic! I was having everything taken to Goodwill and when they got there the power was out and the store closed. They worked with me to find the next best alternative for me to donate out things. They were excellent movers, communicators and problem solvers! They made a tough day much easier.

First time using this app (Lugg) and very impressed with it, I’m a college student who needed to move out of a dorm with a bunch of stuff. They were right on time and worked fast. I would recommend this app to other students who need to move.

Brandon was on time. He got at the pick up in his beautiful white truck. He wrapped up everything and delivered very professionally. He is a very polite, friendly young man. Turns out him and my daughter went to the same college. I give him 5 stars!! Thank you Brandon!!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

I had a lot of anxiety about moving my daughter back home from college From Oakland to Sacramento. These guys were great, they observed the social distancing as well as worked efficiently, expertly, and friendly. I deserve more than five stars I have nothing but the highest price for them.

Amazing team of Movers we unexpectedly came up against much more work than we were expecting and they were so kind to jump right in and help clean up this whole area that we were putting a new bed in. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and kindness

They use a new, nice looking very large, oversized van that held a lot & had my belongings protected. They were quick & both physically fit, able to carry a lot each trip to the truck. They wrapped the items I asked them to wrap were careful (used dollys) not to bump my things into walls or drop things. Women: I felt safe around them, they were professional, cleanly dressed & did not have that ick factor. They were moving my daughter out of her dorm, a suite with 8 young lady’s

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

I cannot tell you how much we appreciate this company. Yacine and Kenneth were AMAZING. We weren't even there. Because of Covid 19 we are in LA and they moved my son's dorm room to storage.
