Edward and Hussain arrived on-time & were accommodating, very helpful and professional upon pick-up. They delivered the item to the correct address in a timely manner, brought it inside the facility and helped to set it up. They thoroughly secured the large piece of furniture in the truck and took the extra steps to protect the item from the elements (rain).

They were able to friendly and professional. They seamlessly switched furniture between 2 bedrooms.

Navigated some tight squeezes expertly, and helped me get the feet off and then back on a piece of furniture that wouldn't quite fit through the doorway otherwise.

The furniture arrived in prime condition they had it covered with a blanket and they were very friendly.

Courteous, assess the situationi. It needed an extra strap so they got that and made sure the furniture was secure. Very professional.

AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. On top of that, they somehow managed to complete the job faster than any movers I’ve had in the past. They were friendly, quick, careful, and provided EXPERT work. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yolando and Lamin were fantastic! They had to get a massive, very solid armoire into my kitchen. Our front hall is narrow and awkward and, after trying every which way, we went with plan B: take it through the backyard and haul it in through a side door that sits a good two feet above the ground. Throughout, Yolando and Lamin were consummate professionals. Their ability to calmly problem solve while carefully lugging a massive piece of furniture was second to none. I absolutely recommend them and will call Lugg for future moves!

I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Super nice guys. Furniture arrived exactly the way I left it at the store. The guys were pleasant and really helpful. They were also here within like an hour of me leaving the store. It was crazy!
