Having Kelton as my mover was the best possible choice. I’ve used Lugg before and never had such a professional, efficient, and overall pleasant experience. He was early, communicate, and patient with me and the client he picked up from. 10/10 would work with him again—no hesitation.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!

THE BEST!!! Orandae and Vernon were so efficient and super kind. They did a pickup for me on a super busy street and were quick and efficient. Highly recommend working with them as they will do an amazing job. Thank you both so much for the help!

William and Tauren were the absolute best movers—they were so professional, friendly, and efficient. They went above and beyond with their service, and the move went without a hitch. They even helped me get rid of my current couch/put it on the curb. And we had such great conversations in the short time they were here! I would 1000% hire them to move again!

This was one of the hardest jobs I’ve ever encountered. These people were the best ever. So so so kind and they problem solved the entire time. They figured out how to take off the legs of the couch. When it didn’t go up the elevator they fit it up 6 flights of stairs. And the. They slipped it thru a tiny door. These guys are hero’s. Truly exceptional people. They were prompt kind and professional the whole time.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.
