Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

Great experience! The movers showed up on time and texted me when they were 10 minutes away. They loaded everything quickly and efficiently. My apartment is on the 3rd floor with no service elevator. They did an amazing job getting everything up the stairs. I will definitely use Lugg in the future.

Jesse and Rocky were incredibly friendly, efficient, fast and professional. With a full XL truck, pickup and delivery was each completed in less than 45 minutes. My items were not damaged or missing. Thank you Lugg for hiring such talented movers!

Sulaiman and Kenny were amazing! They delivered a large/super heavy, white sleeper sofa to my house (in the rain) that wouldn’t fit through most of my narrow doorways. They kept trying different ways-up and down stairs-and never gave up until they finally got it down to my basement. No damage to the furniture or house. I’m so thankful for them! Best movers ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Rocky and Gloria were the movers for my fist Lugg project. They delivered my Ikea finds in a fast & professional manner. Gloria persistently kept calling me until I finally looked outside & realized it wasn't scammers calling 🤣 Fortunately she didn't seem annoyed, just sweet & very helpful. Thanks to both for making my first experience memorable & being such great humans. (tipped in cash) I will be using & recommending Lugg from now on.

This was our first time using Lugg and we were so happy with the service we received. We needed to move a refrigerator at the last minute and Lugg provided same day service at a good price. The movers were very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. The app made managing the booking extremely easy and convenient. Lugg was a life saver! We will absolutely be using this company again!

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rocky and Cruz!!! They were so timely and efficient, fun and personable and flexible as well. There was no elevator and they were very much game for many staircases to my apartment. Don’t know if I would have been as positive. Great guys, excellent movers

They were prompt, friendly and very helpful. I was surprised at how small the van was, but that wasn’t their fault! I didn’t look carefully at the dimensions in the app. This is a lugging service; they do small loads. They are not whole-house movers. It was easy to make a appointment on the app and the communication was fantastic.

Efficient and super friendly. These guys are fast workers and got the job done with all the right equipment. Dollys, straps, covers, you name it. Moved an entire 1 bedroom apartment in an hour. Will definitely be calling these two for future moves!
