I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Dwight and Ryan were incredibly communicative from the start. They took initiative by disassembling some of furniture that had an awkward fit in the van to keep the delivery on schedule. They were both polite and professional. I would definitely book them again.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Ryan was very careful with not allowing the furniture to touch the walls or doorways. He was peompt and very professional.

They did an amazing job! They took the time to make sure my large piece of furniture made it down the basement even when it seemed it was not going to fit through the doorway. But they made it happen!! Great job! I would recommend!!

Sulaiman and Kenny were amazing! They delivered a large/super heavy, white sleeper sofa to my house (in the rain) that wouldn’t fit through most of my narrow doorways. They kept trying different ways-up and down stairs-and never gave up until they finally got it down to my basement. No damage to the furniture or house. I’m so thankful for them! Best movers ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

James was great! He called me as the person that was supposed to be there for the delivery was not at home. Left the package exactly where I requested. Could not ask for a better delivery person. You do not find good delivery people like this anymore. He is much appreciated!
