Keeping contact . This is key to those of us that work close to home or running out for errand. All i can say is 1000x better than Delivery with Ft L East Home Depot that tossed purchases on the front lawn and many bags open. Very efficient and quick. Thank you

First experience with Lugg and it didn’t disappoint. The movers were on time, polite and professional!

The drop off took longer than i anticipated and had a $188 additional charge the app did not make me aware of. The movers were great the app let me down. I would have taken different measures if I’d known about the recycle charge.

Used Tyler and Robert to get our clothing donations to a donation drop off--they were speedy and communicative and I would happily book Lugg for my next home help project!

Edward and Evens were truly INCREDIBLE. Professional, kind, strong, and well-prepared with all packing items. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They made moving - a typically stressful experience - enjoyable and easy. They wrapped all of my important, fragile items and treated them with such care. The ride share app experience for furniture, etc. The in app features were a breeze to use. I purchased a used armoire too large for my vehicle. I booked Lugg within minutes and went home. I received a text they arrived at the store an hour and a half later, exactly within the time window I had booked. They spent a few minutes at the store loading up. I received a text they were on the way. I could follow their location on the map in real time. They arrived and delivered with professionalism at every step. Exactly what I was looking for, and having many times used other local single large item delivery services (fridge, couch, desk, sectional), Lugg pricing was in-line and perfectly reasonable.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They were a huge help bringing up my couch to the third floor. Very nice pair and they worked well together. Reliable movers with no damage.

Servio and Carlos are HEROES!! They moved our entire office from a large air-controlled indoor storage unit to a much bigger storage unit (that we needed) in the same facility but it was located🌾🌾outside🌞!! We all know it was crazy 🥵 hot a couple of days ago, so to say a big move was challenging 😰 was a huge understatement🤯! Furthermore, the elevators🛗barely worked throughout the afternoon😒and they still persevered, pivoting in the smartest🧠most efficient ways possible. No matter what, this move actually took waaaay longer ⏳….⌛️⌛️ than I had ever anticipated😳, compounded by the blazing ☀️☀️. Servio & Carlos did not leave me hanging in that awful heat🔥, cause they😵‍💫kept at it 💪🏻💪🏼. 🤔They asked me questions🙋🏻‍♂️, offered suggestions💁🏻‍♂️, and worked with me🫱🏾‍🫲🏼after everyone had gone 🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️💨. 🙏🏾Please consider giving them a bonus🤑! Attention to detail. Super communicative and helpful. Made sure to be able to get it in a single trip so I wouldn’t have to order another Lugg. They worked well together, and checked in with me, and even fixed some minor issues with my dining table (due to how previous movers put the item back together).

They were super nice movers and helped us a ton! They helped us take apart the furniture and move a lot more than we expected to.

Lugg is the best for having furniture delivered. I found a bathroom vanity with an extremely heavy (250lb+) stone top that never would have been feasible for me to bring home. Lugg handled it seamlessly and made the process a breeze. The prices were totally fair in my opinion too!

Jonathan was very friendly and helpful with bringing my items into my home. He was knowledgeable about the items and gave me some tips regarding how to assemble them. Great job Jonathan! Michael was very helpful as well.
