Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. I was under the impression that the movers were just going to unload the couch I bought on the curb. Dennis and Romario brought it to the loading dock, unloaded it, and even brought it to the apartment. I was very happy with their effort. They were also super friendly the entire time. We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Juan & Miguel we’re on time, friendly, careful with my furniture, respectful, had a clean van, clean movers pads & bungee cords and knew how to do their job. Overall a very good Lugg experience. I tipped them in cash.

Deyson and Edward are the best movers I have ever worked with (certainly at Lugg but also in my lifetime of moving). They were conscientious, extremely careful with my belongings and thoughtful every step of the way. I only want to work with Deyson and Edward going forward. Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Wow! These Lugg movers are so efficient and I’m so blown away by their friendliness! Despite having to move with strict rules (we are in university dorms), they are so nice about everything. Both me and my contact was absolutely delighted with the service!
