Andy and Arturo went absolutely above and beyond. Very friendly, professional and patient. This job took longer than expected which is 100% on me. Oversized furniture which I understand is common. A & A worked miracles and I’m sure if the couch was even an inch longer it wouldn’t have made it. I have zero complaints and please pass my thanks and praise for Arturo and Andy onto the appropriate bosses for them to be recognized. They really saved my butt and I’m so happy they were the guys assigned to my job. They could’ve just said it won’t fit and bailed leaving me high and dry but they didn’t. I am forever grateful and will use Lugg in the future purely based on these two men and their compassion and work ethic. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do as the customer to have them recognized.

Simply the best experience I have had with any type of service, let alone a moving service. I would recommend these two men to ANY person for any reason!

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

Adolfo and Cesar were outstanding movers. They were careful, efficient, speedy, hardworking and friendly.

Communication. We knew where the truck was in real time. Able to message detail directions to the guys. Superior service. The guys went way above and beyond great service. They were friendly, willing and capable in every respect.

These two men were so helpful, competent and able to manage whatever I threw at them. Will definitely call again!

These two guys were amazing!!! They went above and beyond to help me today. Five stars is not high enough for these two men. My first experience was a one star and I was not to excited to try Lugg again and had very low expectations. I am so glad I did! These two men did a great job moving my curio and fridge. They took great care of an extremely heavy 2 piece curio. Would hire again.

Juan was excellent! He made the entire process seamless and easy and didn’t even need my help and was also prepared with all the tools necessary to execute the move. I highly recommend one if you want one of the best Lugg movers there is.

I want to applaud those two men for their amazing persistence & engineering feats in getting my couch into my apartment. I really appreciate such help in a time when people give up so easily.

The two men worked their tails off in spite of the heat and were good enough to help move the other mattresses out. In spite of it being 97* not one word of complaints. I tipped the two gentlemen as they left I was so pleased. Thank you for your help Charles Keller

These two men were phenomenal! They were punctual with timing! They made sure to keep me updated on their whereabouts. They were polite! When IKEA had a mistake with the new employee who messed up my order, these men did everything in their power to fix the problem for me, IKEA handled this situation terrible and Brian and Marco went all the way back to IKEA and handled this issue for me with no questions asked. They got the job done and I would recommend them to anybody! Very happy! Thank you so much

The two men were extremely friendly and helped us accomplish a large move. The process using the app was very easy and convienient as we had to change our moving date several times. The guys barley took a break even though it was very hot and they wasted no time loading be truck and unloading.
