Perfect experience with David and Leon. Communicated en route, arrived in time, moved everything into my apartment perfectly. Very friendly and polite. Highly recommend!

They were extremely helpful and were lifesavers. My boyfriend and I came down with bad colds right on the last day of our move and these guys saved the day!

That was awesome! Booked the same day, they were able to arrive within 25 minutes, and were done in about 5 minutes! Couldn’t have been more convenient.

They picked up some items for donation and they were the final items in my home as I was moving out. When Goodwill did not take one of my items they messaged me to let me know they would take the item to the dump for me. They were very efficient and helpful.

I completely forgot to put the hardware with the table I was donating. Adam stayed in touch with me and they were able to take the table across the street and convince another donation center to take it (provided I take the forgotten hardware to the center later). The fact that they were proactive, worked with both donation centers, and were able to problem solve so that I didn't have to deal with a table being returned to my front yard... It was very, very, very much appreciated, for so many reasons. Thank you and great job!

Isaac and Geoffrey were wonderful. They were extremely careful with everything and did a perfect job, including pointing out areas of damage I was not aware of on things I was donating so that I could write a note to the recipients about making repaid where necessary. Friendly and courteous at all times, they kept to the task at hand until every last thing was done to my satisfaction. I hope they are part of the crew the next time I use Lugg.

They saved me a wasted trip to Goodwill because the donation window was 10 minutes before closing. Instead,they helped me move my furniture into my garage. Now I can schedule another time to have my items moved to a donation site. Thank you so much!

These gentlemen were so kind. When the Salvation Army didn’t accept my donation of furniture they immediately found a place nearby that did. Top notch service!

Abu and Robert were lifesavers in my move! I booked help last minute and they still showed up early. They knew how to organize everything, packed it like experts in the truck, and were friendly but efficient.

Andres and Jeremiah were amazing. These 2 guys helped move furniture into the garage, roll up old carpet and pad, and rolled out the new carpet and pad.

They arrived promptly. Were professional and friendly. Moved our furniture quickly without any issues and open about the donation process and potential issues that could arise. They were very helpful.

5 minutes early!!! Done in 10 minutes & convinced Goodwill to take the donation after I’d already been told they would, but they changed their story when the truck got there.

Mohamed and Ryan did a fantastic job! Friendly, and professional. I originally booked movers from another app and they cancelled last minute. Mohamed and Ryan were true lifesavers and the XL sprinter van fit everything I needed to move (which was more than a typical Lugg order). Highly recommend and will be using Lugg now on for my moving!

Julio and Chris were awesome, they definitely went above and beyond the help and gave advice on what the local donation center would and wouldn't take and helped me plan accordingly!

We had trouble donating our couch as planned but Evans and Reuben found an alternative location on their own and handled the job without waiting around to be told what to do. Thanks, fellas!

These men were so pleasant to work with. They knew exactly how to move our very heavy pieces (one in the basement and the other on the second floor. They were also helpful in finding a solution when Goodwill refused our donations. They were the best! We tipped them when they were here.

Fast, efficient, and friendly! When my selected donation location refused to accept my furniture, Oleksandr and Joaquin contacted another nearby donation center to see if they would accept it. They contacted me first to make sure I was ok with the plan. They also reached out once the donation was complete. I have used Lugg multiple times and will continue to do so because I’ve always been more than happy with their service!

I had an urgent move-in, but my moving company couldn’t come for a few days. Thinking it was no big deal, I decided to move my mattress myself since it was a short distance, and I had bought vacuum bags to roll it up. Turns out, I was way too confident—things didn’t go as planned, and I ended up stuck in the hallway with my mattress, completely clueless about what to do. That’s when someone recommended Lugg to me. I tried it for the first time, and YuYa and Brandon showed up like lifesavers! Their truck was big enough to not only move my mattress but also some boxes of clothes and furniture I needed. They were super friendly, professional, and worked quickly. After comparing my experience with the moving company, I have to say I prefer Lugg’s service. And Lugg is super flexible, which is perfect for ppl with last min change or unexpected needs. It was such a great experience—highly recommend!

They were so prepared and positive about helping us with other things we asked them to do! We just moved 1600 miles and are making space for the truck that's on its way and they were lifesavers! 14/10 would request them/recommend. They also tolerated 2 doggos barking. This crew ended up having to make 3 stops to unload the furniture due to donation center restrictions. It would have been better if they had arrived sooner and delivered furniture before 5:30 p.m as requested.. However, they showed amazing patience and were willing to do whatever it took to make sure the furniture got into the right hands.

Fombeoh and Atiqullah did a great job with our Lugg pick up and drop off at Goodwill! We had a large donation and they were quick and efficient! They got the job done quickly! We would use Lugg again!
