I purchased two wrought iron tables from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. Ramiro and John provided professional service They arrived timely to the pickup location; loaded the tables into the van; and patiently waited with me while I waited for my Uber driver to pick me up and transport me to my apartment. Upon arrival of my Uber, Ramiro and John then followed my Uber car from the pickup location to my apartment, where they unloaded the two tables, delivered the tables to my apartment, and placed both tables in my apartment where I requested. This was of tremendous help to me as the tables are very heavy.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

They were amazing! Lansana was so kind to help move an extra item up into our apartment for us! I highly recommend these two gentlemen and a job well done.

They did great job wrapping the furniture and carefully moving through the corridors and in the apartment. Very quick and polite movers.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. If you’re looking for movers who actually care about doing a great job, these are your guys.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They're both hard workers and did a great job. My only problem is that there are no customer service numbers. The movers were about an hour and a half late. Why was it that I was assigned 2 different sets of movers? One to pock up my sofa from Macy's and bring it to my house another set of movers to take my old sofa to my daughter's apartment? A simple phone call would have fixed that. Not sure if I'd use the app again unless there is at least some phone support.

Jesus and Niko arrived on time and did a great job moving 8 large boxes from my apartment to The Salvation Army in Darien.

The team did a great job of getting our big couch up our stairs and into our apartment :) both very nice & helpful!

Fadil and Isaac were amazing. First of all, communication with them was clear and fast. They were responsive and timely. Second, they had a great attitude and were positive throughout the whole move even when it was hot and I was living on the third floor of a walk up apartment. They were able to fit every box into my packing cub in a considerate and efficient manner. Very satisfied with both of their work. Great guys! And great workers !

I was helping a friend move to a 4th floor apartment and we quickly realized we would need some help. Joshua and Joseph came within the hour and were amazing! I felt terrible because there was no elevator so it was a lot of work and they helped super quickly and efficiently with no problems. Thanks so much for making the move so much less stressful!

They were very friendly and tried hard to fit the couch into our apartment. Unfortunately it did not fit but they were very nice.

Faced with inevitable talk of moving an 8.5 ft and hundred pound couch, Leonel and Jose did not back down. Even through the labrathine hallways of my shitty apartment building, they persevered, even though we had to dismantle the couch. You CAN NOT do better than these guys when it comes to a moving service.

They were super friendly, very efficient and obviously strong because they managed to get a bunch of heavy wood furniture up to my third floor apartment without damaging anything.

Lansana and Daniel were fantastic to work with! They were quick, efficient, and diligent at their job while moving heavy delicate objects up to the second floor of our apartment building. I much appreciated their hard work and would ask for them again!

They did an excellent job moving my new sectional into my apartment. My apartment building has very narrow doorways/hallways and they didn't let anything hit the walls!! They were super quick to move the couch in & were patient when I decided I wanted to roll out a new carpet underneath it after they had just finished putting it in place. So patient & kind!! Would definitely recommend them!

Ramiro and Aaron were punctual and worked quickly to remove a very heavy dresser from our home. They took the dresser to my brother-in-laws home nearby and worked directly with him to get it into his apartment and set up where he wanted it. Prompt, quick, efficient. Great work!

John and Aaron are great! They picked up my sofa from the Crate and Barrel and delivered to my apartment. They are friendly, responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

it was very challenging to get the couch up my apartment stairs and they were extremely thoughtful and hardworking with brainstorming and trying out different ways to do it and we got it in eventually!

They kept in contact with me during the whole process. We had a small window of time to get a couch moved out of an apartment and they moved very quickly. Lugg is new to our area so they had to travel a distance to fulfill our booking but Max and Davonte were very professional and did everything they could to meet out needs. Very satisfied.

This was my first time using Lugg and I’m so happy I did it. Leonel and Jose were very professional and polite. I was moving a large piece of vintage wood furniture with different parts. They dissembled the piece and loaded it into their van very quickly. When they moved it into my apartment, they were very careful not to damage the wood, which is impressive considering I live up three flights of narrow spiral stairs. They exceeded my expectations in terms of timing and I would definitely hire again.

To die for! They were both so friendly and helpful 🥰 the couch was tough, but they managed to fit it in my new apartment which lessened my stress! Thank you for everything!
