Took great care of our couch and bringing it into our home. The couch went straight upstairs to a bedroom, the space is narrow and they did not scratch up the walls. Great jobs guys! Thanks again.

Efficient, clean and simple! I coordinated all of this remotely and am so grateful that everything was taken care of so well, coordinating with both the people they picked up our couch from, and delivering it promptly to our home! I couldn’t be there but am so grateful it all went so smoothly. Thank you!!!

They did an awsome job. They were really careful in my home when bringing my bed up stairs to my bedroom. I would definitely recommend.

Kyle and Thomas were friendly and moved Washer/dryer from store to my home, they are professional and efficient, they even plugged in all the appliance after moving. Definitely recommend them.

Very kind, quick and professional movers! They delivered a couch to my home and even helped move out the old couch—removing the legs for me to fit out the door. This was my first time using the app and I will definitely use again.

They were friendly and competent. One suggestion I have is that your Luggers wear shoe protectors especially in the wet weather, helps keep homeowners floor and carpets clean :)

I was feeling overwhelmed with the task of sorting my storage unit and separating out new home vs. future storage. Keith & Cobey we’re able to approach this clearly and we knocked this out quickly. Definitely would call then again for future needs!

These guys were awesome! First, they were starting to load our furniture into their truck before we even finished paying and we only beat em home by 10 minutes. They not only setup our new sectional but carried our old sofa upstairs for us! They were friendly, courteous and professional in every way. they were helpful and friendly, but i wish ahmed had worn his mask in our home. i would also ask that when someone says they are moving a large appliance, in my case a refrigerator that they bring an appliance dolly. i ended up having to supply one, and at first they tried to move the fridge in our home without it leaving a scratch on our wood floors

They both really cared about my home and were very careful moving my items from upstairs to downstairs. Fredy has been one of my Lugg movers in the past and it was so nice to see him again. Celerino was just as wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Lugg and both Fredy and Celerino.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Brett did a great job! We couldn’t even get back home on time and he managed to leave our stuff safely at the office. Highly recommended!

Caleb and John did a fantastic job! Our townhome has tight stairs and they were able to navigate everything while being very mindful of our hardwoods. Very efficient. 10/10 would hire them again!

Gerard and Anthony were great and super efficient. They were experts at getting all of my belongings of varying sizes, shapes and weight onto their van and into my new home safely. They made what would have been a challenging day of moving a much more pleasant experience!
