They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .

They carefully moved a wide chair through several small doorways and down a narrow staircase with a sharp turn at the bottom without any damage. They were friendly to my autistic son, who really enjoyed meeting them.

Convenience is the name of the game. Use the app to schedule pick up and delivery of large items.

Andrew and Jason were on time and friendly and clearly worked well as a team. They moved quickly and efficiently, and had no difficulty getting the couches and bar buffet inside, and set up where we needed them. And they were personable when they were finished, chatting for a little, as I asked about the Lugg service seeing as I had never heard of it before. Great service, excellent guys.

Both of them were absolute professionals. They were thoughtful and offered to remove the hinges to my door in order to fit the furniture. Fortunately, they did not have to do that and was able to figure out a way to get the chair in without removing the door. They were on time, quick, communicated well throughout the process, and they were appreciated.

I reached out to Lugg after another on-demand service could not follow through. My request was assigned to William & Alex under an hour, and they were great. Alex communicated with me during the entire process, and were at my home in no time. Getting my couch in definitely required some work 😮‍💨, but they were great sports about it. Great service from start to finish. Would definitely use LUGG again. Thank you 😊

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

I was leery about using an app without being able to talk to somebody at first. The app is actually very communicative. it let me easily cancel my time and reschedule it twice, which I did because of weather. it showed me the MapQuest of my delivery and how many minutes away they were Isiah and Javair are very accommodating, polite, friendly and listened to my concerns. I will use this app again if needed and refer to anyone else who may need it.

Awesome communication. Constant updates. Friendly. Personable. Smooth delivery. Treated our sofa as though it was his own (tarped, etc). Would love for him to deliver all my furniture in the future.

Only one of the couches was delivered. I called IKEA and they said that it was theirs fault - that it was not given to the Lugg delivery people. But they cannot rectify this until Lugg calls them. But then they tell me they have no phone number for Lugg. I need it today!

I loved my luggers!! not only did they arrive quickly move the chair with ease and gave my dog treats, they were very kind to my father and offered him emotional support in his stroke recovery.
