These guys were incredible. Beyond efficient, did so much of the heavy lifting for us. Should be too movers if there is a ranking system. Would hire again if I could contact them directly.

Renard and Henry were very friendly, professional and careful movers. They even informed me of a small damage on the piece I bought. They sent a photo of the area to make sure I was aware of it and then followed up with a phone call. They were prompt, as well. My initial movers were delayed, but once they took over, they efficient in getting the job done. Thank you!-Jenna G

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

This was the coolest app I ever used! So easy and very affordable! James and Devon were amazing! Super fast delivery. I paid for my furniture and they had it delivered and set up in my home ready to go in less than 2 hours! I will definitely use this service again and will recommend it to all my friends! Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.
