Bruno and Igor are absolutely phenomenal! They arrived early, which was already a great start, and their efficiency and professionalism completely blew me away. They picked up a mattress for me and assembled a rather complicated bed frame in just 30 to 45 minutes with ease. What truly stood out was their kindness and hospitality—they genuinely went above and beyond to make my life easier. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about providing the best service possible. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them a 12. My words can’t fully capture how wonderful both of them are. If you’re considering hiring them, do it—you won’t regret it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, over and over. Bruno and Igor are simply the best!

Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

I can’t say w Hough GREAT things about Jose and Eder. They were so friendly and got the job done efficiently. I could tell they knew what they were doing when they hauled my king size mattress up three flights of stairs like they were carrying a pillow. Great work, guys! Thank you!

They showed up exactly on time and had moving blankets and a cover for the mattress. They were very hard working and moved everything out of our apartment and to our new house within 1 hour. Highly recommend!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So helpful, and quick and thoughtful helping me move! I only needed to move one bedframe and mattress but they came prepared with everything (mattress bag, and tools) and did everything (disassembly moving and storing) in under an hour. Such a great job, would definitely use again

Darbin and Santiago figured out a way to pack a sprinter fan with 3 piece sectional couch, cal king mattress, bedframe, 4 drawer dresser, 2 night stands, 6 x 6ft long plants, rolling chair, 6 ft decorative house plant….then expertly maneuvered these items into my 2 BR apartment that was on the second floor. Along with their friendly service, they are seriously lowering my stress level during a stressful move. Thank you so much!

Marko and Benjamin went above and beyond and made this experience super pleasant and easy! They took care of the mattress and treated all items carefully so that they wouldn’t get damaged or even dirty from the outside all while continuously checking in with me. Appreciate it! Great team!

Alejandro did a good job and had what he needed to move my queen mattress and box spring. I expected a bigger truck as I had originally listed a glass table to be included. I ended up putting the table in my car.

The Lugg team communicated frequently and arrived on time. They took good care of our belongings and unloaded them where it was convenient for us. They even plastic-wrapped a mattress before we put it into storage. Great experience!

They were kind and we’re very accommodating to moving mattress outside in addition to the items that needed to be moved into the truck. They were also understanding of me having a toddler and thus a lot of little parts everywhere.

I would 100% hire again!! They showed up early, came with pads, plastic wrap, bungee cords, mattress cover, everything you’d need for a careful move! They carried a super heavy Murphy bed around corners and up stairs seamlessly - all in the rain. I can’t thank them enough!!!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

They came prepared and ready to help out!! The van was a lot bigger than I thought it would be (I have a twin mattress), so the van went almost empty, but still great service nonetheless!! Will be using again!

They traveled far distances and they did it quickly! Super friendly and greeted me when I came outside. The mattress came in good condition and they were in and out within 5-7 minutes. Great guys. Great Service. 10/10.

Diego & Marcus showed up and made something I felt was impossible, happen! It took me 6 hours to assemble a gym rack, but they disassembled and reassembled it in another room in less than 2 hours! They also moved the mattress and dresser into the old gym room in that time. I am so so so grateful they showed up and made a dream come true, in so little time!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Claude and Brandon were fantastic! Even brought both the base and queen mattress upstairs and assembled the bed base (adjustable platform) ! Couldn’t have asked for a better team! Thanks guys!

Jacob & Lucas were an amazing team. This was our first time using Lugg, so weren’t sure what to expect. They were very detailed oriented & helped point out any defects or scratches when we picked up our used mattress. We really appreciated their expertise.
