Josh and Ahmed were stellar. Extremely efficient and smart movers, they were strong, careful, caring, kind, and funny. I enjoyed my morning spending time with these two. They improvised well with our situation and clearly cared about providing excellent service.

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Very kind, quick and professional movers! They delivered a couch to my home and even helped move out the old couch—removing the legs for me to fit out the door. This was my first time using the app and I will definitely use again.

Bennie and Brandon were awesome! They were: friendly, professional, courteous, efficient - and met the challenge of fitting a huge king size bed through quite small doorways/hallways with good humor and a “can-do” attitude! This was the best experience with movers I have ever had. Great service including text messages for arrival timing. I’d use Lugg again in a heartbeat!

Daniel and James worked really well together, communicating with each other better than I’ve seen movers do in the past.

They were super efficient, hard working, and wouldn't let me do a thing. 100% would recommend to anyone, and I would most definitely use them again in the future. If you're on the fence about hiring movers, do it. It's worth every penny!

Master tetris movers. Moved a huge couch into a small space with not a single ding to a wall or door frame. Kind and patient too.

They both really cared about my home and were very careful moving my items from upstairs to downstairs. Fredy has been one of my Lugg movers in the past and it was so nice to see him again. Celerino was just as wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Lugg and both Fredy and Celerino.

Good movers and got the job done the same day withon a few hours of our purchase. I had to ask one of the guys to put on a mask which he did willingly. I gave a cash tip so did not tip again through the app.

They worked very hard, having to take one piece up to my apartment at a time because of the lack of parking. Excellent movers!

Excellent communication and quicker furniture delivery than even most food orders. They picked up and dropped off from the east side to west side faster than Uber Eats/Door Dash for next door burgers. Once here, they placed the furniture smoothly and quickly without any scratches to our property or furniture!

Lugg is the best! I wish you had a moving truck vs. a van so we could have moved in one trip since it's charged per minute. Ended up being the same price as a moving company (with a full size truck), if not more, even though we only had boxes and a couch, mattress, tv stand and desk, but the movers were great, friendly, helpful, and timely. If we could've moved in one trip, it would have been highly worth it.

The team who moved my stuff was great but the app was not functional. There was no way to contact the movers and I felt so bad leaving them in the dark.
