Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Both of them were absolute professionals. They were thoughtful and offered to remove the hinges to my door in order to fit the furniture. Fortunately, they did not have to do that and was able to figure out a way to get the chair in without removing the door. They were on time, quick, communicated well throughout the process, and they were appreciated.

Pedro and Mohammed were right on time and thoughtfully. Let me know ahead when they were nearby. Pedro particularly represented your company very well as he was professional and eager to give good customer service. I own my own company and Pedro would be the exact type of good balance of great customer service, in that he was engaging, yet very professional and showed respect in his treatment of his customer as well as to his coworker Mohammed. Mohammad was also did a great job. You should consider Pedro for a management position to teach other young employees his positive attitude about his job. He was exemplary! I

They were punctual, professional and took great care to move the dresser without damaging it or my freshly painted walls. They were communicative and friendly. I felt safe with them in my home which is important for a single woman. These guys surpassed my expectations as well as experiences with other app based movers. Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

Both of these guys were excellent. They communicated through the entire pick up of my furniture to the delivery arrival time they brought the new furniture in carefully, set it up very polite and professional would highly recommend.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.
