I was under the impression that the movers were just going to unload the couch I bought on the curb. Dennis and Romario brought it to the loading dock, unloaded it, and even brought it to the apartment. I was very happy with their effort. They were also super friendly the entire time. Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

These two guys were excellent!!! They didn’t let me lift a finger and they literally brought my heavy boxes into my apartment. I am very pleased with the way they handled the boxes too; no slamming or dropping with brute force, no rough handling, excellent delivery! Thank you guys 🙌🏿

James and Nathaniel were very polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to make this an easy and smooth process. They carried the three large furniture boxes to my 4th floor apartment, while also including my two young kids as “helpers” to feel as though they were an integral part of the move. I can’t recommend their services enough!

In an unfortunate situation where my couch didn’t fit into my apartment, Deyson and Edward did their best to measure every doorway available. They were friendly, kind and extremely patient and considerate ! They stayed with me while I made alternative plans and tried their best to care for my couch so that I could make my return.

Quick, careful, observant, friendly, communicative. These luggers are about as good as movers get. I hired these two to move my home items from a 5×15 Somerville storage unit to a Waltham 1BR apartment. They arrived before their scheduled window, loaded all my things with speed and care, and checked I was ready to go under an hour. I encountered some bad traffic during the moving trip and reached my apartment some time after them, but they were patient and out of their van the moment they saw me arrive. The final drop-off was quick and painless, and they were quick to put my things right where I needed them. If I could hire these guys for my next move, I would.

Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Overall had a great experience end to end. I booked Sebastian to *Lugg* 4 pieces of furniture from IKEA to our apartment 45 minutes away. Once he had arrived (on time), it took about 10 minutes / two trips up and down to get all 4 pieces to our room via luggage carts that were provided by our apartment. Throughout the experience, Sebastian was friendly, patient, and very careful in making sure the furniture didn’t hit objects around us. Amazing job!
