They were efficient and personable and got the job done. This is my first time using Lugg and we will definitely use them in the future. Very good company.

Communications was excellent. Drivers were friendly and on time. They also helped me readjust for the new piece of furniture. I will definitely use this service again.

They were very patient at the beginning as we got ready, and very dedicated at the end, especially considering how the icy uphill driveway forced them to move heavy pieces by hand, further than expected.

They were very fast & on time with delivering my items. I had a big mirror & a big picture frame delivered and they were really careful & got it here safe and sound and did perfect team work !! Thank you so much

Both of the luggers were very friendly, did a great job. Did not damage anything and they moved very quickly I would hire again.

Alton and Derrick were the best. They handled my dogs with great car. They had to bring my sofa up three full sets of stairs. They did it slowly and with great care not to damage my walls or the sofa. I highly recommend them. I already tipped them.

They were so quick to pick up my piece of artwork from HomeGoods! It was raining outside and they wrapped it in plastic wrap and had a blanket to protect it. Great experience!

It was difficult to move since it was a much smaller place and there was no floor plan with measurements. The movers were great about making adjustments.

These 2 guys were AMAZING!! They tried & tried to get all furniture in but could not! They deserve a raise & a promotion!!

The expected time was 5-6. I am well aware of Friday traffic. They delivered my chair in less than 5 minutes. In and out. Why is the price different than what I was quoted at the store??

Lugg was fantastic. Packed everything up took it to took Goodwill for me, sent me a copy of the donation receipt and what Goodwill rejected they took to the dump. Such a wonderful experience and so full service and al for a great price.

What an awesome service. Came to my apartment, lugged my 4-piece sectional couch down the stairs to their truck, and hauled it away to the dump. Exactly what I wanted.
