Eder and Kevin were fantastic! They were friendly, considerate, and took extremely good care of our furniture. They were very careful with the way they moved the furniture into our new apartment. Zero complaints. Diego let me know his ETA. He arrived on time. Very fast, efficient, and careful getting my furniture loaded, unloaded, and moved into my house. Very friendly. Very STRONG.

They quickly wrapped the furniture and moved it with ease down a flight of porch stairs/steps Locked it in place in the back of the truck

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Genaro and Juba helped disassemble, move, and reassemble multiple pieces of furniture. They did a great job and were quick and efficient. They also even helped me move a desk up into a loft space which was challenging as the desk was heavy and the stairs narrow -- practically a ladder. But they made it look effortless. Nestor and Richard were very responsible, personable and prompt with the pickup and delivery of our apartments new couch. They kept me in communication when they picked up the couch from Macy's Union Square all the way into the delivery of all 7 pieces of the couch unit into the apartment. Would highly recommend these two for my next Lugg request and to other customers!

They stayed persistent with Macy's at the pick up , until the item was located... the store could not find the item when the Luggers arrived. The driver stayed in communication with me, and delivered it perfectly. Many thanks to both men for extra time spent on my Lugg!

I was very happy they had lots of furniture blankets and protective wrap. They took very good care of my stuff!!!!

This crew was epic! So impressed with their effort, speed, strength, and effort to make sure the job got done right. We moved a lot of furniture onto a trailer and they even gave me their strap to make sure it was ready to haul. Nice work.

Homer and David did an amazing job moving a really large heavy 350lbs piece of furniture. They were super careful and efficient. I definitely could not have done the job myself.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I don’t typically write review, but Junenal is the best lugg driver I ever used. He is able to spot issue with the furniture and take pictures for me. He also lend me a strap
