Hector & Terelle let me know when they were 15 minutes away and arrived on time. They were kind, friendly, & efficient. They even helped me troubleshoot when a piece of furniture was too large to get up the stairs. I would highly recommend them!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Delroy and Vernon were so incredible!! They were excellent at understanding how to protect the furniture and the walls and executed a perfect move. We are so grateful for their services and would absolutely recommend Lugg to anyone!

There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!

So great - they operate independently and solve problems critically - with a sense of urgency - communicated when they left and a few minutes before arrival - then parked across the intersection and wheel carted the delivery to the stoop sidewalk: I met them ahead and escorted them - I opened up the front door and the second - one held open the first and one handed over the three boxes up the stoop stairs through the vestibule and we let them rest inside the corridor. Then one carried an entire yellow bag with the bags as one. Then they brought in their wheel cart. Then one asked which floor. I responded. Then one carried all the bags in the one yellow bag up three flights. I carried one or two boxes and another carried the last box. They removed the four bags from their yellow bag and set them along the wall near the hallway. We set the boxes on the wall next to my door. One took a final picture while the other waited downstairs. I tipped cash. Then they left, I heard the door entry close from upstairs. I moved the items from the stairway into my room.

They were amazing! Super quick and efficient. Really kind and took awesome care to make sure the furniture being moved was safe along with ensuring they weren’t scratching walls etc. couldn’t recommend enough !

These two gentlemen were extremely professional and efficient. A last minute delivery on a Sunday night, and they arrived with smiles on and ready to get my bed and furniture in and where it needed to be. Very thankful they were the delivery guys we got!

Once again, Lugg came through for me. Fast pickup and delivery with no damage or hassle. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

Furthermore they were thoughtful and easy to talk with throughout the process, even when dealing with some unexpected parking challenges. I highly recommend their services!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Kelton and Alonso went above and beyond to ensure my items were moved efficiently and made sure not to damage any of my furniture or the walls of the house. They helped move a large heavy table with ease and were able to assemble / disassemble as needed when a piece was too large to fit through a hallway. I’d highly recommend these two and will use their services again!

The store forgot one of my items, and they went back to pick it up. They also dissembled one of the pieces of furnitures so it would fit through the door.

Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg!

Very prompt delivery and very clear communication. They made sure to call me when they were on their way to pickup our furniture and gave me an update when they were along the way to our place. Smooth and efficient!

Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!
