Really appreciated the care they put into moving the items safely and helping set everything up in my office.

I am speechless. Gabriel and Carla are so friendly and understanding. My apartment is 4th floor and that too without any elevetor. Gabriel moved a queen size mattress and a small ladder single handedly and not for a second he had loosen the smile on his face.Later Carla also moved an office chair to my apartment along with Gabriel who moved a table this time. Being so customer oriented, these associates are gems to any company.

Delroy and Michael were wonderful! They moved everything very efficiently, and our office space looks so much better because of their help:) Highly recommend them!

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. I cannot say enough glowing things. Francis and Hassun were absolutely fantastic. Super efficient, nonstop working, essentially moved an entire 8 person office (desks, chairs, monitors, whiteboards etc) in a couple of hours. I was bowled over by their skills and could not recommend them highly enough. Will be attaching pictures - extremely impressed!!!

Ashton and Edward were efficient movers. They were also courteous, flexible, and really good at what they did.

William and Tauren were the absolute best movers—they were so professional, friendly, and efficient. They went above and beyond with their service, and the move went without a hitch. They even helped me get rid of my current couch/put it on the curb. And we had such great conversations in the short time they were here! I would 1000% hire them to move again!

World class movers and delivered my couch up two flights of stairs with no issues. Wagner and Bernard were awesome!

Was coordinating from my office between two other parties. There was a delay that was not showing in the app once the notification disappeared and i emailed and promptly got responses!

This is a little late but I did want to share how kind and considerate they were to carefully package and move all those chairs. They even helped set up the chair rack before they left. This was my first time using Lugg and after this experience, it won’t be my last. I’m recommending Lugg to all my employee, corporate friends, and other Office Managers who tend to need quick moves.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

movers were amazing, the service/operation team was not. support team was constantly sending my messages to somewhere and the moving itself got even more stressful than I wished.

Lawrence was the driver for Lugg. He was professional and called to let me know that he was picking up my item. Also verify with me my item. He called when he was outside to bring it up to the 2nd floor walk up of my office. I recommend this company and this service. Price delivery very reasonable. I will use in the future or as needed. 🙏🏼😊

Absolutely smooth sailing. Walked into the store not knowing we would be leaving with a couch and the lugg movers came so fast and we're so quick to deliver our new couch. Highly recommend :)

These two are always so nice and considerate and take their time. I really appreciate how much they care for your things and are aware of their surroundings. They also very clearly communicate their status as they are on the move and handled a last minute address change with ease.
