Edgar was terrific in communication so he was my 'foreman' for two other Luggers I hired. He was very efficient but not racing around and risking any damage to my possessions. I'm definitely glad he showed up for my job of unloading my moving truck and bringing everything upstairs into my apartment.

Edwin and Helvert were excellent. They seamlessly moved a very heavy treadmill from a d apartment to my truck with no issues. I was impressed with how fast they had the treadmill packed up and loaded. Amazing service. Thank you!

Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

Loading and unloading went super smoothly and they were able to do it all pretty quickly and efficiently especially considering the amount stairs in my apartment!

Mario and Eliezer were awesome. Lifted our items carefully up and down stairs and were patient with us finding the entrance to our new apartment. They took care with our items while still completing the move quickly. 10/10 service, would recommend.

Gerson was extremely friendly and efficient. He moved our peloton bike and made sure the screen was fully protected and the bike was secured the entire ride. He also helped us move it to our 5th floor apartment!

Eder and Kevin were so wonderful! Not only did they carry my new very heavy couch up two flights of stairs, they even took the hinges off my apartment door when the couch wouldn't fit through it. And they were nice and patient throughout even though it was a difficult situation! Thank you, Eder and Kevin!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Low stress easy process … the Lugg team knew exactly how to navigate moving the couch into our SF apartment. Also took the extra time to point out the multiple options of where we could put the couch legs.

They did a great job! They had to move a really big couch into my apartment that wouldn’t fit into the elevator and had a really tight stairwell.

Both Edwin and Helvert really display hustle! I don't think they stopped moving the whole time they were on the clock. I hired them to unload my own moving truck and move all of my possessions into my third floor apartment. This included a very heavy motorized adjustable bed frame which they handled expertly with care and were able to fit into a very tiny elevator to prevent moving it up the stairwell. Edwin was especially great at communicating and understanding my request for the order in which things had to be moved in. They make a good team.

SUPERSTARS!!! Were extremely patient with moving a super big and heavy bookcase up and down some narrow stairs and hallway. When we saw it couldn’t fit through our apartment door they very quickly disassembled and reassembled the bookcase on the spot.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They were nice but a little slow. We stayed at 12pm and they were only done by 4pm to move a small studio apartment.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers
