Jesus was great! He transported my very heavy wooden bedframe that I purchased from facebook marketplace with thought and care and even helped me reassemble it after moving it into my apartment.

Moved a couch I bought on Facebook marketplace from the sellers house to mine, and did a wonderful job, even in the pouring rain. Managed picking it up from the sellers house without me being there, and wrapped it nicely to stay safe and dry. Thanks so much!!

The piece that they moved for me was so heavy. I had no idea as I purchased it on Facebook Marketplace. Victor and Luiz worked so hard to move it with ease and care.

I didn’t realize how long my couch was and wouldn’t fit in the elevator in my building. The person I got the couch from (FB Marketplace) recommended Lugg and I was so grateful because I was panicking. Anthony and Julian were so thorough and quite quick, especially considering it was 4 flights of stairs, and a tough fit through the last door due to the length of the couch. They were very careful and I was just so so grateful they were here and able to get it done! I would absolutely use Tugg again if needed in the future. They also told me that most of their jobs are FB Marketplace pick ups and deliveries and it’s so good to know for future reference! Thank you SOOOOO much Anthony and Julian!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I’ve been using Lugg for the last 5 years, from small moves, large purchases on Facebook Marketplace, and most recently, my entire apartment needed extra hands to help clear out. While I’ve always had an easy and convenient with Lugg, Omar & Jesse really made this experience stellar. I needed my entire apartment cleared out and they did the damn thing. They safely carried all my items (boxes, couch, bed, credenza, etc.) from my 3rd floor apartment all the way down to my UHaul in busy, congested San Francisco. They strategically maneuvered through my cramped apartment and carefully placed each piece of furniture in my 15 ft UHaul, considering placement and space needed to fit everything. Omar & Jesse were very pleasant and professional but also easy going and understood my situation. They made certain the job would get done. I’m extremely pleased with Lugg especially their wizards Omar & Jesse. Thank you for making this stressful move an absolute breeze. I appreciate you both for really easing the burden and doing a hella great job.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Lugg saved the day! I went to pick up a chair I bought on Facebook marketplace and realized it didn’t fit in my car. When I went on Lugg app to try yo arrange them to move the chair, I was expecting wouldn’t be availability until later, but the truck showed up in sub 10 minutes, the time of an Uber! Value the real-time booking and the staff is always super friendly and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about Lugg!

This is my first time using Lugg. My friend recommended it, so when a coffee table I bought from Facebook Marketplace didn’t fit into my car, I was able to schedule a Lugg pick up for that very same day at a time convenient for me and the seller. Luis and Jose gave me updates via texts about the pick up and drop off. They were efficient and friendly. Jose wanted to be sure I knew about the damages on the top of the table (I saw the table when I bought it, so I was aware.). I thought that was really considerate of him, and he even gave me advice on how to fix it. That’s going above and beyond to me. Luis and Jose were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely be using Lugg again and will recommend it to others.

These guys were super nice and very efficient. They offered to bring my item inside and they wrapped our item so nothing would damage it on the way. I want to always use this app. My husband will never strain his back again and I can buy anything I want on Craigslist and Facebook marketplace without a complaint!

They loaded in their truck and it arrived safely at my apartment. They were kind, respectful and time efficient! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! :)

Erick picked up a piece of furniture for me off of Facebook marketplace. He had to deal with a very difficult person at the pick up location, and he sent me photos and called me to confirm that the item was as described.

Mario and Murilo are quite possibly two of the best Luggers to exist. We had the most seamless and efficient move of a Facebook marketplace couch, to a degree that I did not know was possible. Mario and Murilo beat us to our pickup location and had already started to move the couch within the 2 minutes it took for us to arrive. The entire process took under 40 minutes, including the 20 minute drive between the two locations. They braved our 50 steep stairs with an excellent attitude and strategy. I have never been more impressed by 2 movers in my entire life (24 years). I would trust them with my life and all of my belongings. 12/10 could not recommend enough

Fantastic experience with Lugg! Saly and Dmitri arrived 10 minutes early to my pick the dining table I purchased from Facebook Marketplace. The Lugg team disassembled it, moved it safely to my apartment and reassembled it all within an hour! Best experience ever. I am going to tell everyone about this service!

Ahmed and Jake deserve a RAISE! My space is pretty small and I have a flight of stairs and these two expertly coordinated and managed to do an amazing job. I really cannot express how incredibly thankful I am. Plus, the Facebook Marketplace seller said Jake and Ahmed were so professional, that she asked me what company I used because she wanted to use them in the future. I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!!
