The Lugg movers were GREAT! We bought a twin bed and had to bring it home. “The Luggers”were prompt, helpful and friendly. The entire process was seamless. I will definitely use them again. Thanks, Lugg !

When I got to home goods, they had given my couch to the wrong person. The person brought my couch back and the Lugg movers were very patient, understanding and polite. They also helped my husband tighten the legs on the couch which the store manager tried to do but were unsuccessful. I really appreciate them. They did their job well. Thank you thank you! I’ll hire them again and tell my friends about them.

Used Tyler and Robert to get our clothing donations to a donation drop off--they were speedy and communicative and I would happily book Lugg for my next home help project!

Alton and Derrick were the best. They handled my dogs with great car. They had to bring my sofa up three full sets of stairs. They did it slowly and with great care not to damage my walls or the sofa. I highly recommend them. I already tipped them.

They were so quick to pick up my piece of artwork from HomeGoods! It was raining outside and they wrapped it in plastic wrap and had a blanket to protect it. Great experience!

Servio and Carlos are HEROES!! They moved our entire office from a large air-controlled indoor storage unit to a much bigger storage unit (that we needed) in the same facility but it was located🌾🌾outside🌞!! We all know it was crazy 🥵 hot a couple of days ago, so to say a big move was challenging 😰 was a huge understatement🤯! Furthermore, the elevators🛗barely worked throughout the afternoon😒and they still persevered, pivoting in the smartest🧠most efficient ways possible. No matter what, this move actually took waaaay longer ⏳….⌛️⌛️ than I had ever anticipated😳, compounded by the blazing ☀️☀️. Servio & Carlos did not leave me hanging in that awful heat🔥, cause they😵‍💫kept at it 💪🏻💪🏼. 🤔They asked me questions🙋🏻‍♂️, offered suggestions💁🏻‍♂️, and worked with me🫱🏾‍🫲🏼after everyone had gone 🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️💨. 🙏🏾Please consider giving them a bonus🤑! Or the LUGGERs of the WEEK Award🏆🏆! At least a feature on the home page💻 with testimonials. Surely🙏🏾, I’m not the first👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾 to praise🫶🏾them. It was difficult to move since it was a much smaller place and there was no floor plan with measurements. The movers were great about making adjustments.

Lugg is the best for having furniture delivered. I found a bathroom vanity with an extremely heavy (250lb+) stone top that never would have been feasible for me to bring home. Lugg handled it seamlessly and made the process a breeze. The prices were totally fair in my opinion too!

They were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me as a woman home alone by removing the packaging from the mattress that was delivered.

These men were very efficient, polite, and hardworking. I had to hurry to get home because they were so prompt. The whole delivery went smooth!

Would have appreciated moving blankets, and a better ETA from Lugg, but as far as the actual movers went, they were great. Despite not having the blankets, they had a tarp and were very careful with my stuff, also super fast.

Communications was excellent. Drivers were friendly and on time. They also helped me readjust for the new piece of furniture. I will definitely use this service again.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

These 2 guys were AMAZING!! They tried & tried to get all furniture in but could not! They deserve a raise & a promotion!!

Arrived on time and were very efficient completing the job. They wrapped the dresser to avoid damage to it or my home while moving it.

The ride share app experience for furniture, etc. The in app features were a breeze to use. I purchased a used armoire too large for my vehicle. I booked Lugg within minutes and went home. I received a text they arrived at the store an hour and a half later, exactly within the time window I had booked. They spent a few minutes at the store loading up. I received a text they were on the way. I could follow their location on the map in real time. They arrived and delivered with professionalism at every step. Exactly what I was looking for, and having many times used other local single large item delivery services (fridge, couch, desk, sectional), Lugg pricing was in-line and perfectly reasonable.

Edward & Syvalia were so nice and professional! They alerted me upon arrival to the pickup location and my home, and were so helpful in placing the packages. I'm so grateful for their help!

The movers did a good job helping us move our furniture from HomeGoods to our new home. They handled the items with care, and completed the task efficiently. Overall, they provided solid service, and we’re satisfied with the job they did.

Darryl and Nigel were very punctual and kept us updated on where they were relative to our home. They were polite, and helpful and moved our wardrobe to the exact location where we wanted it.

Awesome work from Rory and Nigel. The dresser I bought from FB marketplace was way heavier than I thought. I live in a town home with a lot of stairs. I was ready to give up and figure out how to disassemble the dresser into parts, but they insisted on giving it a shot. Unbelievably, bit by bit they got it up the stairs. I don't think the people building Stonehenge worked harder than they did. 6/5 stars
