They were amazing at helping us move. They went above and beyond helping us move our furniture into storage and putting stuff into storages.

Juan & Omar were amazing! I recently was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and I have to reduce my expenses. Their Teamwork was vital as the reorganized my first storage, consolidated a 15 year old storage and moved some furniture pieces from my parents to my new home. I will definitely be using and referring this company 💪🏽🖤🏠

They came in and got straight to work. They carefully packed all my packages and got them to the storage. They worked quickly and efficiently!

I found the luggers to be enthusiastic and very friendly. They were a good team. I think it would've been good If they had done a walk-through at the end of The job because they would've seen several small items along the side of the Basement walls. Not a huge deal because I can carry those things out myself tomorrow, but I did say a few times everything needs to go out except one table I asked them to leave inside the basement. They did ask the usual question "anything else" which is good because it reminded me I had a few things upstairs I wanted them to take to the Storage as well!

The moved fine but they didn’t listen to direction. My friend who was coordinating the beginning of the move told them where to meet his mother so she could open the storage unit and they didn’t even look for her. Which made my friend have to drive 40 minutes out of his way to go to the storage unit and cost me extra money.

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

The experience was superb. On September 1st Frankie and Manuel help me move out of my apartment and put my stuff into public storage and the service was amazing so I used them again today, although Manuel was replaced with Severiano, they were quick and very cordial. However I was told that they only get paid hourly instead of what is written on the app has 80% of the charge. Which I find very very awful and greedy on behalf of Life's management and Developers. So I will cease to be using lugg simply for that reason

There was some difficulty with a person that worked at the storage locker and I thought they dealt with it very professionally.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Very flexible approach. Had dolly necessary to move heavy objects with just two guys. Efficient packing of our POD storage unit and took care to wrap nice items in blankets.

Uforma and Brian were fantastic in every way. They expertly and carefully moved a large amount of furniture, glass panels, and boxes into a storage unit that was already packed full. After Brian magically reorganized the unit, there was more empty space after they put everything in than there had been when they started. And they were both a pleasure to work with!

Really could not have been better. They were expert, courteous, respectful and Myron is a packing Tetris genius when it comes to getting everything into a storage space. They were very careful with my stuff, attentive to detail and resourceful when it came to some challenges with my property. Would absolutely recommend and use them again!

Called me to report a delay due to a previous assignment and worked with me in trying to schedule a second Lugg but there were none available until the next day. They came and transported our boxes and belongings to public storage. Although we weren’t able to fit two large sofas into the van, they helped us move the furniture into our empty garage. Between me and my husband who is a disabled veteran, these two were a Godsend. Highly recommend!! A+++

Diego was fast, friendly, and professional. He helped with prioritizing what to pack to make it all fit, and he helped load the dolly to minimize trips to the storage unit. Very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend, especially as a solo lugger!

This project could not have gone smoother. They emptied the storage area, move furniture into it help set up exercise equipment, and took storage containers to an offsite storage room. They were friendly and great to work with.

On time and got me out of home storage unit in less than 15 min..trouble with public storage elevator, but with short delay of non operational elevator door, than quickly got into unit. Would use them again.Thank you!

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Wilton & Jose were incredible! They arrived early, assessed the situation, a.k.a. my belongings that were all over the place and not fully prepared to be moved. They immediately formulated a plan with me in order to efficiently wrap everything safely in order to ensure nothing would scratch or break during the move.
