Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

This crew was epic! So impressed with their effort, speed, strength, and effort to make sure the job got done right. We moved a lot of furniture onto a trailer and they even gave me their strap to make sure it was ready to haul. Nice work.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Leo and Diego were pros! My furniture was oversized and awkward and they got it moved so expertly- smart, spatially aware- just what is needed in this job!

Nelson and Humberto were heroes on both ends of move. This was a complicated CB2 bed that needed to be taken apart and reassembled on other end of move. They were awesome!

They were amazing at helping us move. They went above and beyond helping us move our furniture into storage and putting stuff into storages.

I was very happy they had lots of furniture blankets and protective wrap. They took very good care of my stuff!!!!

Kenny & Joseph were amazing at helping us lug some heavy furniture upstairs and take away all of our trash. They were professional, kind, and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough!

They quickly wrapped the furniture and moved it with ease down a flight of porch stairs/steps Locked it in place in the back of the truck

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

Homer and David did an amazing job moving a really large heavy 350lbs piece of furniture. They were super careful and efficient. I definitely could not have done the job myself.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Jaime and Carlos were both communicative, quick with uploading and even helped me assemble my furniture!

They made sure the items were delivered without scratches.. very friendly guys! They were able to work it out bringing the heavy furnitures through tight spaces! Did a fantastic job!

Genaro and Juba helped disassemble, move, and reassemble multiple pieces of furniture. They did a great job and were quick and efficient. They also even helped me move a desk up into a loft space which was challenging as the desk was heavy and the stairs narrow -- practically a ladder. But they made it look effortless. Thank you for your help!

They were great. Friendly, moved a difficult piece of furniture with relative ease, very communicative and flexible when we had to suddenly switch locations due to poor communication from Recology. Thank you! Job well done.

I don’t typically write review, but Junenal is the best lugg driver I ever used. He is able to spot issue with the furniture and take pictures for me. He also lend me a strap

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Absolutely fantastic and effecient service. And brett and alex were so genuinely nice . Within 25 minutes I clicked go on the a lugg app, a huge 150lb wardrobe was picked up from cb2, carefully and perfectly delivered to my apartment on telegraph hill, up 100 stairs (yes 100 stairs), and placed in the room where I requested. No gripes about the stairs and service with such smiles. I have used random dudes on craigslist for more expensive and without this entire package. Recommend recommend recommend. I will be using them again for sure.

My girl and I did not save the receipt from cb2...they made it out to be an easy pick up for these guys and when they got there they needed both of us to call for the second time to confirm everything...annoying, but your two guys were very nice about the whole thing.

Juvenal & Roberto did an excellent job moving furniture up and down stairs, figuring how best to fit items in a shed as well as the garage. They were also very careful with all items and I appreciated their help very much!

When you arrived you carefully carried everything upstairs, placed it where I asked, and unwrapped it. I would definitely have you move us again in the future!!!!!
