I recently had the pleasure of working with an amazing team that helped me move some unneeded boxes from my new apartment to my storage facility, and I can’t recommend them enough! It was a fantastic moving experience. Couch was big and since it was assembled it became really tough to get it inside apartment door. But both were patient and kind enough to try multiple times and finally get it inside apartment. Thanks for your hardwork.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Brad and Eric did a great job helping to move me from one apartment to another. They quickly disassembled and reassembled all necessary furniture with a positive attitude!

Christopher and Isaiah were amazing. The couch wasn’t able to fit through my door frame but they did everything they could to get it into the apartment. We had trouble with the legs (from the previous owner) but they were able to get them on after some trial and error. Thank you so much!!

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Kyle Joaquin were absolutely amazing. They efficiently packed the van and then helped move items into my apartment. They went above and beyond when I had an assembly question. I could not have done this move without their help!

They communicated about a small delay ( it was not their fault as the store did not open until 9:30 am). They were careful and helpful as they brought the cabinet into my apartment. We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They arrived on time as and were very skilled and professional in behavior. I live in a second floor apartment and had a slight problem, the couch I bought did not fit in the elevator and the stairs to my home are narrow and had sharp corners. They had to carry a 300 lb couch over 2 floors on the narrow stairs. Appreciate Mohamed and Ryan for their hard work, they could do it and did not even frown once. Thanks for help !

These guys were so great. They moved all the furniture up into our 6th floor apartment and helped to put our bed frame together. They were very nice and patient also with my uncle who is hard of hearing.

Christopher and Omar were on time and even a bit early for the pick up. They loaded and transported my couch on a pick-up truck and arrived at my apartment in time. They were very responsive by phone and delivered my couch in good condition.

Andres and Preston were SO wonderful in helping me move my new couch. So grateful to both of them! They were so kind and expertly maneuvered my couch through my apartment building. 11/10 recommend!

Brad and Matt were so fast and efficient! They delivered some patio furniture to my apartment and were very courteous and thoughtful to make sure that nothing got bumped or dirtied in my apartment as they brought everything in.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

Ryan and Jeremiah rescued us by moving our heavy couch that would not fit in the elevator. They knew how to partially dismantle the sofa and had a Can Do attitude and knowledge and STRENGTH that got the job done to get it up the stairs into our third floor apartment. We wish we could request them every time we use Lugg!! Thank you!!
