First time using this service & was so impressed that I could get a patio set delivered to my home the same day I bought it. Movers were professional & carefully handled my items. Will definitely use this service again and will recommend to my friends & neighbors!

When I got to home goods, they had given my couch to the wrong person. The person brought my couch back and the Lugg movers were very patient, understanding and polite. They also helped my husband tighten the legs on the couch which the store manager tried to do but were unsuccessful. I really appreciate them. They did their job well. Thank you thank you! I’ll hire them again and tell my friends about them.

Alton and Derrick were the best. They handled my dogs with great car. They had to bring my sofa up three full sets of stairs. They did it slowly and with great care not to damage my walls or the sofa. I highly recommend them. I already tipped them.

Brian & Robert were the best thing to happen to us in this entire moving process so far! We were so sorry that we were unable to show our gratitude in a gratuity equal to our satisfaction. We aren’t finished moving so maybe we can get them back.

Syvalia was courteous and punctual. I really appreciated that he had a moving blanket to use and straps to hold the couch into the bed of his truck. Great experience and will absolutely use this resource should we need it again in the future. Thank you so much Syvalia!

Would have appreciated moving blankets, and a better ETA from Lugg, but as far as the actual movers went, they were great. Despite not having the blankets, they had a tarp and were very careful with my stuff, also super fast.

It was difficult to move since it was a much smaller place and there was no floor plan with measurements. The movers were great about making adjustments.

Donald went above and beyond! He moved all my pieces of furniture to the 3rd floor and on top of moving my furniture he assembled it also! Donald was polite, sweet and he was very handy and quick! I really enjoyed this lugger a lot!!

They were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me as a woman home alone by removing the packaging from the mattress that was delivered.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

While Victor and Asaru were moving one of our couches, they noticed spider egg sacs on the bottom and graciously cleaned them before moving the couch into our apartment. They were excellent! Highly recommend.

Showed up on time. Excellent communication. They were moving a very large, very delicate, and very expensive TV and were perfect. They listened to all of my instructions and took excellent care of my TV. I am very, very happy!
