The movers arrived on time and did a great job moving items from our garage into two bedrooms after we refinished our floors. This was a quick and easy solution to moving a few heavy items we did not want to move on our own! Thanks guys :)

They were extremely professional and very courteous when I first met them at the introduction. They were efficient and quick and they knew what they were doing while moving the furniture into the van. They were very kind and extremely pleasant to work with and I will definitely use them again. I appreciate all of their help.

They were polite, & got the job done quickly & efficiently. They were careful moving the refrigerator through doorways when they picked it up and delivered it. I especially appreciate the hard work delivering it in the almost 100° heat.

I had the pleasure of working with Adrian and Hector for a recent move, and I cannot recommend them enough! These two movers were an absolute dream team when it came to transporting our brand-new couch from IKEA to uptown Dallas. The movers were wonderful and did a great job. My only complaint is I submitted what was to be moved and the truck sent could not hold a queen mattress.

I was really blown away with how efficient they were, and how thoughtful they were about how they moved things. I’d love to use them again for moving needs in the future.

The movers were great. But the update service is horrible they arrived 2 hours late and with no prior notification they were being held up.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Love two employees, next time I think two people who can actually lift heavy stuff is best. I had to help movers myself to be able to accomplish the task and it set my work schedule back.

This was an awesome first experience with two friendly and capable movers! They were very professional and took great care with wrapping and moving the antique China cabinet that has been in my family for many years. Thanks guys!

The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.
