Movers were friendly and helpful. However, my move didn't start until after 2pm when I had scheduled for 12-1pm. This took up a huge part of my day and was very frustrating! I want to make sure my $25 credit gets applied to this charge, please.

Very grateful for the professionalism and care Henry and Sadiki brought to the job. They moved a very heavy table set up flights of stairs, wrapped everything, and were overall great.

Ashton and Edward were so sweet and worked hard to get my move right! Communication was on point between us and between them.

He picked up items for donation very efficiently, and arrive at drop off before it opened. He stuck around to see if there was a way to drop it off and someone was able to let him in. Lansana really made my day with his persistence and helped take a huge weight off my shoulders!

Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg!

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Great experience! Extremely efficient pros who moved my things with care and speed, showed up on time, kept me informed, and everything arrived. I have moved 15+ times in nyc and this was absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had (including big brand name pro movers). These guys were the REAL pros.

They came quickly and loaded all of our donations into the back of their Sprinter van. Goodwill kind of screwed us because they said they take furniture on their website. But thankfully, our Luggers found a new family for our chairs outside of the Goodwill. Life is funny but I'm happy they went to a new home!

Fombeoh and Atiqullah did a great job with our Lugg pick up and drop off at Goodwill! We had a large donation and they were quick and efficient! They got the job done quickly! We would use Lugg again!

The app mysteriously gave them a different dropoff location than I had selected when I ordered the Lugg, but they kindly found the correct building anyways. They moved the chairs carefully without any damage! :)

5 Stars – Excellent Service from Yonattan and Vincent! Yonattan and Vincent did an outstanding job delivering my new dining set from the store to my apartment. They were punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient, handling everything with care and professionalism. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable movers!
